a customer, who's a elementary art teacher, bought this piece and hung it in her classroom for the kids! i thought that was pretty neat.
A science classroom and a liberal arts classroom that can serve as bookends (well, if the books aren't too heavy)
This is an empty classroom in a school in Freetown, Sierra Leone. The school had been empty for a few months due to the 'stay at home' policy enforced to minimise the risk of spreading Ebola. This was taken a few weeks before the children were allowed to return to school.
I'm trying my hand at some vignettes for the Rebrick contest. Here's my first one: a classroom. Now which modular building could this go in?

- Canon 580EX-II hand held by assistant, hotshoe extension wire
- Light modifier Lastolite softbox
- Camera & Flash in manual mode
I will try to remember to post a single picture from this set for comparison.
This shot on the Annual Day Celebrations of our school... We had hours of programs and enjoyment ...This is how our class looked after the celebration :D

週末去淡江中學晃了一圈
那裡很美，足以讓人流連忘返
在那穿堂走著，轉進了一間教室
教室放滿了許多課本，黑板上殘留著未擦的筆跡
在週末空無一人的教室裡，有著高中生留下的時光汗水
當初的我們，這時候的年紀，可是這樣啃著書本長大過來
單純的唸書、很簡單的生活、身邊的一群好朋友、混著無敵青春的歡笑
真是令人懷念的生活

Program: Fashion Merchandising, Brooks College. Class: Visual Merchandising. This is the merchandising lab where the fashion merchandising students get hands-on experience. The clothes, props, mannequins and dress forms were sourced by me at a variety of places - even porn shops.
Shot taken in north Morocco, in a small village near Taza during the summer holiday.
I liked the old fashioned children'desk with a lot of "engraving" and the fans with palms.

Why do you like this photograph so much? I like how the classroom is empty because it makes it look abandoned.
Xy is a blur of constant motion as she readies her new classroom for the first day of school.
