Salí con la amigos Ildefonso y Rafa y paseabamos por las inmediaciones de la Cuesta del Bailio y vi la calle profunda y viendo venir a la chica esperé un poco y disparé ...Se ve que no enfoqué bien y está un poco ....pasa lo que pasa

Lo "positivo" de esto; la D5114 como en los viejos tiempos, arrastrando trenes con pasajeros durante todo el dia. Esta chica dio vueltas durante toda la jornada con los AESs para mantener el servicio, aunque con 20 a 50 minutos de atraso.

Estancia "La Chica" fue construida el 16 de Septiembre de 1847 a pedido de Julio Pacheco Reinoso, para su mujer Marcelina Carreras, en un campo heredado por su padre, el General Angel Pacheco. Fue un centro social bastante concurrido hasta el fallecimiento de don Julio, su mujer decide verderla a la familia Estrugamou, quienes instalaron alli una escuela privada, que contaba con 15 alumnos. Estaba acompañada por dos instalaciones más, que ya fueron demolidas.

un séjour une "La Chica" a été construit le 16 septembre 1847 à une commande de Julio Pacheco Reinoso, pour sa femme Marcelina Carreras, sur un champ hérité par son père, le Général Angel Pacheco. C'était un centre social assez fréquenté jusqu'au décès de don Julio, sa femme décide verderla la famille Estrugamou, ceux qui ont installé là une école privée, qui disposait(comptait sur) de 15 élèves. Elle était accompagnée par encore deux installations, qui ont été déjà démolies.

On the swimming platform of Dawn on the Amazon III with Victoria. The Amazon River stretches out behind her.
This is Chica almost 10 years ago, when she was pregnant. Here she checked out the basket in which she was supposed to have her kittens (more about that later). She still loves to play hide and seek... she hides somewhere and when you keep calling her name, she pops out somewhere... surprise!
OK time to change the color pallette, enough of sunsets already and move to the blue side of Bolsa Chica Wetlands.

Have been admiring many great photos of this wreck from the Flickr community recently. I want to do a night shot of it with star trails (hopefully) but thought we'd better scout out the location in daylight first :-)
It's a great old wreck in a decent state of decay, but difficult to get the composition I'm after.
Apparently this boat is over 100 years old and sank in 1993.

The Bolsa Chica Wetlands and Ecological Reserve in Huntington Beach, California is an approximately 1,500 acre coastal estuary. Habitats include open water, mudflats, salt marsh, coastal dunes, seabird nesting islands, riparian, and freshwater marsh. More than 200 avian species have been identified at Bolsa Chica and the reserve is very popular with birders and photographers.
Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve is one of the largest remaining saltwater marshes along the California coast. These local wetlands are a critical habitat for endangered and threatened species, as well as a nursery and year-round home for many species of aquatic creatures and fish.
