Caught these stunning yellow chrysanthemums at the 4th Chennai Flower Show at Semmozhi Poonga. Each petal forms these perfect pompom-like spheres, with soft lavender blooms in the background adding a beautiful contrast. Nature truly amazes!

Bit Wierd looking LGD WAP 7 # 30238 pulls Chennai Rajdhani into NZM pf 3 . This loco failed somewhere between Faridabad and Ballabhgarh then WAP 4 #22249 was brought which took it upto MAS. This made it 5hrs 30 mins late

27 days until India - after 2 or so weeks in hyderbad we'll be in Chennai for maybe 3 days to see J's family. they will take us to see the tsunami damage as well. we'll get to take a look at what uncle danny has spent his last many months doing.
