The chef and owner of La Higuera, a small restaurant outside of Madrid, near San Lorenzo de El Escorial.
is gracing us with his wonderful culinary talents on the "barbee" tonight! First official cookout of the season...MMmmmnumnomnumnummmmm!! Burgers, hotdogs, corn on the cob and potato salad!

The chef from El Diablo restaurant at Timanfaya National Park in Lanzarote.

El fin de Semana andaba yo de compras en un Supermercado, y siempre hay mucha gente promocionando productos, he visto muchos cocineros y algunos Chefs invitados en este lugar.
Pero este "Chef" me llamo la atención porque era solo "risitas" y "risitas" con todas las personas que llegaban a preguntarle o pedirle una muestra del arroz que estaba preparando, que por cierto estaba muy bueno :)
Pase una y otra vez frente a el, hasta que me anime y le dije:
"Chef me regala una risita" con la cámara en mano, poso asi para la foto
y se quedo muy contento, porque todas las señoras aplaudieron jejeje
Asi que le bautize: el "Chef Risitas" no tuve oportunidad de preguntarle su nombre porque habian muchas personas viendolo.....
Linda gente trabajadora que siempre tiene mucho entusiasmo...
