The archetypal Laughing Cow cheese comes wrapped in the individual serving-sized foiled wedges and they are packaged in a round, flat box. Consumers have to pull a little red thread around the box to open it and the foil packaging also features a red tab for opening........
Do you see the cheese-face, saying "cheese"?
It's little hole in a piece of mature Dutch cheese, very delicious ;-D

At the Giza necropolis, I took a picture of this camel, who almost seemed to be aware that I was taking pictures. I was able to take several shots, and this one is my favorite.
Last nights dinner included these Cheese turnovers done with puff dough, the same dough I use when I make Beef Wellington,
I often do variation of them with pie crust and Philo dough,

I decided to do a mix Up of Food & Fun. My tiny sportsmen are huge fans of sports and especially love Skating with their rollerblades. Cause of the lockdown they had to find alternative indoor solutions to keep up their practice. Look what kind of Inline skatepark they found - some slices of cheese. :)

“Castelo do Queijo” – Cheese Castle, or Saint Francis Xavier Fort is a small defensive fortification near the Atlantic Ocean. It was built in the 15th century and it is named like this because it was built upon a round rock considered similar to a cheese. It has changed over the centuries, including being attacked or bombed during many wars, for example the “Liberal Wars” (1831-1834).
The fort has an angular design with wide shooting platforms and large walls. There was a moat around the walls so that the entrance was limited to one door with a drawbridge. It has no towers. The design is from the French military engineer Miguel de L’Ècole.
It is nowadays owned by the “Association of Comandos” being used for cultural purposes and for expositions.
Some consider it one of the best places of Oporto to watch the sunset on the ocean.
To misquote the Eurythmics:
"Sweet dreams are made of cheese.
Who am I to disagree?"

The Cheese Tower in Cluny dates from the 11th century. It offers a beautiful view of the town and its surroundings after climbing 121 steps. This 30-meter-high (98 feet) tower was part of the abbey grounds. Its current name comes from the fact that a woman used it to dry the cheeses she made in the 19th century.

Sorry, to me is very difficult to visit people that always only leave a fav without commenting...
