Der Lad Koh View Point befindet sich an der Ringstraße auf Koh Samui. Es gibt schöne Sitzgelegenheiten im Schatten. Dort kann man eine Weile relaxen und den Blick übers Meer zum Chaweng Beach genießen. Kühle Getränke und Eis vom Eiswagen gibt es direkt vor Ort.
Lad Koh Viewpoint is located on the ring road on Koh Samui. There are nice seating in the shadow. There you can relax for a while and enjoy the view over the sea to the Chaweng Beach. Cool drinks and ice cream from the ice man are available directly on site.

Chaweng beach, Koh Samui.
This image is a good reminder to look all around you when the sun is setting.
The sunset was over my shoulder but these lovely clouds were lit up by the setting sun.
Se una rana si tuffa in una pentola d'acqua bollente, salta subito fuori perché avverte il pericolo. Ma se si tuffa in una pentola d'acqua tiepida, che viene portata lentamente a ebollizione, non si muove affatto, rimane lì anche se la temperatura continua a salire. E alla fine muore bollita, se qualcuno non la salva. Il nostro sistema nervoso collettivo è come quello della rana: serve una scossa improvvisa perché ci rendiamo conto del pericolo. Se invece ci sembra graduale, anche se arriva velocemente, restiamo seduti senza reagire.

Quando ho iniziato a fare fotografia, qualche anno fa, ero convinto che più il fotogramma era pieno e più la foto era interessante.
Oggi, a distanza di anni, la penso esattamente al contrario.
E la cosa bella è che penso lo stesso della vita... poche cose importanti sempre nitide, nel campo visivo.. e tutto resto è solo un disturbo... ;)
