Il y a plusieurs chats qui rôdent dans la réserve ! Il font passablement de dégâts 😲 Particulièrement au niveau des nicheurs au sol !
2 des 3 chats nés dans le jardin que je nourris. Je leur ai aménagé un abri de fortune pour l'hiver.
On reconnait cet oiseau gris à sa calotte noirâtre et aux sous caudales rousses, parfois visibles.
Comme tous les moqueurs, il émet une kyrielle de sons et notamment un miaulement de chat.
We recognize this gray bird by its blackish cap and reddish undertail, sometimes visible.Like all mokingbirds, it emits a multitude of sounds and in particular a cat meow.
Que ceux qui n'aiment pas les chats soient réincarnés en souris !

The Familiar chat (Oenanthe familiaris), is a small passerine bird of the Old World flycatcher family Muscicapidae. It is a common resident breeder in Africa south of the Sahara in rocky and mountainous habitat and around human habitation. This cheeky little bird came to join us for morning tea and happily accepted small offerings of food.
