To stay ahead in show business you have to continually reinvent yourself. He has an extraordinary ability to naturally talk in soundbites. He told me (with a Norwich accent)
"They can't call me The Puppet Man no more cuz I'm the Karaoke Man. I think it do a bit better. Only thing is I can't remember all the words so I have to put my own in"

One New Change is a major office and retail development in London, United Kingdom.[1] It comprises 560,000 square feet (52,000 m2) of floor space, including 220,000 square feet (20,000 m2) of retail space and 330,000 square feet (31,000 m2) of office space[2] and is the only large shopping centre in the City of London, the historic and modern financial centre of London. It cost £500 million to build and was completed in October 2010.[1]
The complex is located on New Change, a road linking Cannon Street with Cheapside, in one of the areas of the City historically associated with retailing and markets. It is close to St. Paul's Cathedral. The nearest London Underground stations are St. Paul's and Mansion House.
The development's sensitive location — opposite St. Paul's Cathedral — and its modern architecture led to some controversy during its planning and construction, including criticism from Prince Charles.[3] The architect was Jean Nouvel and the developer was Land Securities.[1][2] The new six-storey, 34 m high centre[4] replaced an 11-storey, 40 m building constructed in the 1950s for the Bank of England, which was demolished in 2007.[5] The complex's distinctive appearance has given it the nickname "the stealth bomber".[1]
One New Change opened its doors to the public at midday on 28 October 2010.[6] The roof terrace, with its restaurant and cafe, was opened on 18 November 2010.

Lake Atitlan, in Guatemala's western highlands, has risen 5 meters since
2006. A basin with no outflow to the sea, the lake level fluctuates up
to a meter in a normal year. But the past 7 years have seen the area hit
by 2 major hurricanes, a string of tropical storms, and longer, wetter
rainy seasons. Frequent landslides around the lake have claimed hundreds
of lives. Soil erosion has changed the PH balance of the water, causing
blooms of toxic algae to cover the lake's surface and poison fish. And
the rising water has claimed hundreds of homes, businesses, and farms
along the shore.

“Be the change you want to see in the world.” It’s easy to say, but not so easy to do. If it were, surely we would have seen the world change for the better countless times, as sincere compassionate people all over the planet “became the change” they wanted to see. Instead, though, we see that our efforts to change are met with internal and external impediments so daunting that we often lie crippled in their wake. Why is positive personal change so difficult, and where do we get the power to actually make and sustain it? Bhakti wisdom points out that even with the best intensions, our attempts and positive change won’t be completely successful until we connect to the source of all power.
If we’ve payed our power bill and plug in our device it gets power. Similarly, when we plug our consciousness into the supreme consciousness, we become empowered by our original source to make and sustain positive personal change. The actual meaning of the word yoga is “to connect to the source of all power,” which can be easily done by repeating the Maha-mantra: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare - Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. This special nonmaterial sound connects our consciousness to the supreme consciousness giving us the power to actually be the change we want to see in the world.
