You can tell the seasons are changing not only by the missing leaves but the horses' coats are getting a little longer and thicker. right now they are looking pretty slick but when you pet them you can tell there are changes. They will definitely change in appearance by the end of next month to those long shaggy winter coats.

Hello, Diana and 350.org team!
According to “Global Work Party 10/10/10” international brand GARNIER and
NGO “Footprints” organized cleanup action „CO2” in Latvia. There were sun
shining and approximately 50 volunteers cleaned one of the mist beautiful
peninsula in Riga (Latvia`s capital city) – Grāpju peninsula. For 2 hours
younger and older volunteers collected and sorted waste materials. To save
nature resources, volunteers paid big attention to separate PET bottles from
other waste materials. These PET bottles were later delivered to recycling
factory “PET Baltic”. As a result we free our nature of 3 m3 PET bottles and
850 kg other waste.
In the end of heavy work, GARNIER has arranged nice lottery – each
participant could win useful presents from GARNIER. Also just prepared, warm
soup was served to all volunteers. The happening was honoured by visit of
Latvian national cleanness superhero Pigman! All volunteers signed in
Pigmen`s pink book for adoption of deposit system for PET bottles in Latvia.
In attachment you can find summary and photos of Latvia`s cleanup “CO2”.
Best regards,
Līga Ivanova

This man was sitting on a bench at my locat park. I took a shot of him as he was counting the change in his hands. I was nervous to take the shot, but luckily the picture turned out very well.
What Matters Most Challenge: Continuity and Change. Honor the past; embrace the present; welcome the future. Yesterday, I suddenly had an urge for my mom's chicken and dumplings. My mom's been gone for almost 25 years, but she's with me all the time...coming to my mind and heart at random times for random reasons. I haven't made dumplings since going vegan several years ago; I hadn't really thought about them. But yesterday, a memory popped up so vividly that I could smell and taste the past. I was compelled to make a roasted cauliflower (and other veggies) stew with drop dumplings. I was immediately taken back to family tradition, to the continuity of generations through food. But I've put my own new spin on the old recipe. Continuity and change...yum!

One New Change is a major office and retail development in London, United Kingdom.[1] It comprises 560,000 square feet (52,000 m2) of floor space, including 220,000 square feet (20,000 m2) of retail space and 330,000 square feet (31,000 m2) of office space[2] and is the only large shopping centre in the City of London, the historic and modern financial centre of London. It cost £500 million to build and was completed in October 2010.[1]
The complex is located on New Change, a road linking Cannon Street with Cheapside, in one of the areas of the City historically associated with retailing and markets. It is close to St. Paul's Cathedral. The nearest London Underground stations are St. Paul's and Mansion House.
The development's sensitive location — opposite St. Paul's Cathedral — and its modern architecture led to some controversy during its planning and construction, including criticism from Prince Charles.[3] The architect was Jean Nouvel and the developer was Land Securities.[1][2] The new six-storey, 34 m high centre[4] replaced an 11-storey, 40 m building constructed in the 1950s for the Bank of England, which was demolished in 2007.[5] The complex's distinctive appearance has given it the nickname "the stealth bomber".[1]
One New Change opened its doors to the public at midday on 28 October 2010.[6] The roof terrace, with its restaurant and cafe, was opened on 18 November 2010.
