From Northern Norway. Winter is approaching and there is only few hours of daylight.

I did originally plan on wearing my green pleated skirt to go out for the evening in, but ended up changing into this blue skirt instead. I wanted something with a bit more fullness and bounce in it, and fortunately, there was also some blue in my top that matched my skirt and so I was able to retain the coordination of my outfit.

The colours didn't go unnoticed in the Inn I spent the evening at either as a couple of guys told me I brightened the place up :-))

Introducing my first ever triple changer...Turncloak! Turncloak transforms from car to jet to robot without the addition or removal of any parts (except his guns). Unfortunately, due to all the transformation engineering, Turncloak cannot fit a Minifigure in his car mode (a first for me). Enjoy!

Sometimes, the temptation to make a photo of yourself does not allow you to give up the action ... When you wear such glasses and get a laser tool that can evaporate, time will slow down your move ... Hope remains! Influencers... Listen ☝️

Taking pictures a tool (camera), not a photographer.

The choice of tool limits the possibilities.

Experience allows him (instrument) less and less to limit their capabilities.

The ability to see is given only when the observer allows ...

The moment of observation is the real find ...

Training and mastering it defies. Training leads to poor imitations of the original.

Often the result should ripen, like wine. Although time is the understanding of the mind, therefore it is very speculative.

The meaning of all this is the process!

Often we are visited by thoughts that may reveal something unknown ... Our mind many times tries to solve a problem with known methods ... This is its main mistake! The path of the heart opens the doors that appear in our path. It is a pity that not everyone has the courage to insert the keys that are always with us ...

It was a really grey day when I took this pinhole image. But I felt that this image worked well with the image I posted before. In this photo my son and daughter were changing the course of the river. Creating their own protected channel. I sat there and thought, If we can't change the entire flow of the river, well... we can try to change just part of it for a while.

In the summer of 1996 Class 60 no.60035 passes Bedlinog with a loaded MGR from Cwmbargoed Disposal Point to Aberthaw.

This was around the time Class 60s replaced pairs of Class 37s on these trains and this is the first time I saw a Class 60 on the branch. I never been back to the line since but will make the effort again one day as the scenary is superb.

Pine cones are everywhere in our yard. The change has begun...As I collected them for an activity tomorrow with the daycare children, I noticed the light on them in my pail.

I created this image at the Stand for Change Rally with Barack Obama in Virginia Beach, Virginia. According to the Virginian-Pilot newspaper, over 18,000 people were in attendance. As Rep. Bobby Scott said, this had to have been "the biggest political rally in Virginia Beach history." Better Large.

(I absolutely hate watermarks, so please forgive mine. A number of my John Edwards images got poached (by the 'real' media, no less), so these are temporary evils.)

Shot with DXO ONE Camera

I tried to get the shutter speed fairly near to that of the human eye in order that I capture the moment.

This shot of the Boston skyline was taken from the Harvard Bridge over the Charles River, near the MIT campus, in early March 2016. On this visit to MIT, I figured I would get up early to see if I could get a decent sunrise shot, but doubted I would be fortunate enough to catch a good sunrise on my one-day visit. I was pleasantly surprised that there actually was a very colorful sunrise that morning, and I was glad that I didn't "sleep in" instead of getting to campus early. I figure that even though the probability of getting a great sunrise shot on any given day may be relatively low, it is zero if I don't at least try. It was very windy that morning, so many shots were not as crisp as I would have liked, but this one was obtained during somewhat of a brief lull in the wind. It also was very cold that morning (low 30's), and I learned that when my fingers are numb and sunrise light is quickly changing, sticking with one lens is best. I lost the opportunity to get some great shots as I fumbled around trying to change my lens, but am glad that prior to that I managed to get some keepers.

Nothing changes

Nothing changes

Waiting for a hearse

There is no hope

Escape is a hoax

The pressure's building

And I just can't cope

Death In June

My art is always about great Journeys. I invite you to come with me on todays. I have been working on changing my way of thinking of my self and who I Believe I am. I plan to be better then I was yesterday. This image is a Visual interpretation of my internal self. I always see my emotions as colors. To day Im busting out no walls can hold me back. Power strong will and driving without fear. Fear can just go take a hike. Every thing is going to be new. I start to open to the new truth in this life. I will shoot past the moon and stars in to the far off next galaxy. I become all my dreams and hold the keys to open every door I please. No more locks bricks or walls can ever hold me. Im the wave and I carve my path to day. I for give my mistakes of the past and will not look back. May I live each day as if it were my last day. For now I shall just engage. You better hold on this will be a fantastic new adventure.

Hay Im on Facebook now so look me up. I will be adding art for people to invest in. Any cool help to add value to my art is welcome.

Father and son collaboration

Our photographic art is a kinetic motion study, from the results of interacting with my son A.J and his toys.

He was born severely handicapped much like a quadriplegic. On December 17,1998. Our family’s goal has always been to help A.J. use his mind, even though he has minimal use of his body.

A.J. likes to watch lights and movement. One of the few things he can do for himself is to operate a switch that sets in motion lights and various shiny, colorful streamers and toys that swirl above his bed.

One day I took a picture of A.J. with his toys flying out from the big mobile near his bed like swings on a carnival ride. I liked the way the swirling objects and colors looked in the photo.

I wanted to study the motion more and photograph the whirling objects in an artful way, I wanted my son A.J. to be a part of it. After all, he’s the one who inspires me. When A.J. and I work together on our motion artwork, A.J. starts his streamers and objects twirling, I take the photographs.

Activating a tiny switch might not seem like much to some, but it’s all A.J. can do. He controls the direction the mobile will spin, as well as when it starts and stops. The shutter speeds are long, and sometimes, I move the camera and other times I hold it still.

I begin our creation with a Nikon digital camera. Then I use my computer with Photoshop to alter the images into what I feel might be an artistic way. Working with Photoshop, I find the best parts from several images and combine them into the final composite photograph. I consider the finished work to be fine art. The computer is just the vehicle that helps my expressions grow.

I take the photographs and A.J. adds the magic. It’s something this father and son do together. After I’ve taken a few shots, I show him the photos in the back of the camera. When the images are completed, I show him from a laptop. He just looks. He can’t tell me whether or not he likes the images, but he’s always ready to work with me again.

It offers me my only glance into A.J.’s secret world. We’ve built a large collection of images and I hope the motion and color move you as much as they do me.

A.J. inspires me to work harder to understand my life in the areas of art, photography, people, spirituality, and so much more. He truly sets my mind in motion and helps me find the beauty in everyday things.

Little Washington, NC along the Riverfront.

Just beyond the bridge in the distance is The Tar River. which originates far upstate in NC. As it flows under the bridge, the river changes it's name to The Pamlico. From here, it flows another 20 miles downstream into the huge Pamlico Sound and eventually out to Sea through a small number of Inlets on the Outer Banks.

Another gray rainy weekend in Chicago, have some colour!

A loaded unit ethanol train rolls southbound down the mainline, with the train stretched between the Ashton and Berkeley mill villages in Cumberland, Rhode Island.

This part of Rhode Island, and southern Massachusetts, along the Blackstone River was a big money maker for the rail industry with the mills and factories strewn along the river. But, as usual, all that is good must come to an end sooner or later and the factories and mills shutdown for good. The two "straight railed" customer turnouts on the right side of this photo used to serve Peterson Puritan Aerosol, whom went out of business, and then KIK Custom Products for a brief time before they too shut down.

Out of view, and just north of the second "straight railed" turnout is another one for Owens Corning Fiberglass. The factory melted glass into marbles which were shipped to the mill just across the tracks that then melted the marbles and made fiberglass. Both the mill and factory received rail service until business tanked and ultimately shut them down as well. Owens Corning however still thrives, just elsewhere.

On the left side of the photo, and out of view, are two other turnouts that have since been completely ripped up. They used to serve Okonite, an electrical wire and cable manufacturer. The company is still there but has gone to truck for shipping and receiving instead. One of the tracks was re-installed about 10 years ago for Dean Warehousing that moved into some vacant space behind the Okonite factory. They received cars of coiled wire a handful of times per week. But, just a few years ago that too was ripped back up and straight railed, as Dean moved out and went elsewhere.

Sadly, the potential to service five different customers on this hardly quarter mile section of mainline is a thing of the past. Thankfully though, the railroad has grown and generated more customers along the way.

You win some, you lose some.

something a little different to add to the CLiC group

“We can't be afraid of change. You may feel very secure in the pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean, a sea. Holding onto something that is good for you now, may be the very reason why you don't have something better.”

Previously, Delta has already revealed that capacity is to be reduced into the UK for the upcoming Winter 2016/2017 schedule following the United Kingdom's decision to leave the European Union.

Airline Route has published two different schedule changes mainly affecting its London Heathrow routes, the two schedule changes are during the Winter 2016 timeframe and Summer 2017 timeframe.

For the Winter 2016/2017 schedule, Delta is to switch operational aircraft on both its London Heathrow to Detroit and Minneapolis routes. The changes commence from 29th October 2016 until 25th March 2017, which include:

-Detroit: DL18/19 converts from Boeing 767-400ER to Boeing 767-300ER operation, converting back to Boeing 767-400ER for the Summer 2017 schedule whilst DL16/17 will operate utilise Boeing 767-300ER's.

-Minneapolis: DL10/11 converts from Boeing 767-400ER to Boeing 767-300ER operation.

The Summer 2017 schedule sees Delta recommencing its 3rd daily flight between London Heathrow and Atlanta, following the announcement that Virgin Atlantic will be transferring one of two daily flights back over to Delta.

DL28/29 will continue to utilise Boeing 767-400ER's, DL30/31 will utilise Boeing 767-300ER's, however DL32/33 will utilise Airbus A330-300's.

For the first time since Northwest Airlines and Delta Air Lines merger, Airbus A330's operated by the US carrier will make a comeback after a lengthy absence (not including emergency diversions). Prior to the merger, Northwest Airlines regularly utilised Airbus A330's into London, first at Gatwick during the Bermuda II Agreement and finally London Heathrow from 2008 following the introduction of the EU-US Open Skies Agreement.

During the merger of Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines as both fleets started to be integrated, Airbus A330's were largely concentrated operating from major SkyTeam hubs, however with the fleet integration, Boeing 767's beame concentrated on other routes.

Delta currently operates the largest Boeing 767 fleet in the world with 91 in service, which includes 12 Boeing 767-300's, 58 Boeing 767-300ER's and 21 Boeing 767-400ER's.

November Eight Three Six Mike Hotel is one of 21 Boeing 767-400ER's in service with Delta, delivered new to the carrier in December 2000 and she is powered by 2 General Electric CF6-80C2B7F engines.

Trees in our neighborhood changing colors for Autumn. Love this time of year.

First of all, sorry I was late...This is for Round 8 submission ( I've missed the R9 sign up :( )..I was challenged by Elo-365 (Who has an amazing stream!) to pick the first song that came up in my ipod and use that song as a theme. So I shuffled my ipod and "Change" came up from "The Cranberries"

Although I had so many ideas but couldn't make it with my extremely busy schedule. However, this shot didn't come out as I wanted it but given the time I had, this is the best I can do.. ..I used my iPhone to get all the shot and I tried to stand at the exact same spot every time I took the shot to get the same perspective...So these shots were taken on the same day from 0630 to 1930 (for the different lighting)...(Wish I had brought my SLR and a tripod!) Hahahaha...

So CHANGE in my interpretation is the same subject with different lights condition....SO there Elo, what a challenge...thanks so much!

This will be the last photo of her cheek piercings, she'll be getting dahlia piercings in a few days when my supplies come ^o^ When this stuff comes i can actually make her medusa visible, wooo.

Anyways, I wanted to write up some facts about her personality because they've changed a little... andI'mtoolazytowriteafullstory. I wrote a little bit about her donating to the community but turns out she's more of a bitch than I originally thought rofl

so new stuff:

1. Blair Adelaide is a half Japanese/half Australian rich bitch. One of her distant, multi-millionaire relatives passed away a few years ago leaving her with a fortune. She didn't know that relative and to her knowledge there are no others.

2. She doesn't give a f*ck about what people think. She walks around in lingerie and loves the attention she gets.

3. She is 22 years old. Her birthday is the 2nd of December.

4. Blair loves her body and takes care of it. She eats pretty healthily (excusing the alcohol and cigarettes..). Her favourite foods are sushi, okonomiyaki, seafood soup with crusty bread and vegetable pizza. But she'll mostly she'll eat healthy Japanese dishes such as grilled salmon and sesame tofu.

5. She's a nymphomaniac and has many friends with benefits. She has toys too (((SPIRITDOLL PROUD BODY EXTRA PARTS PAINTED HOT PINK LOOOL. It will make an appearance when i get an idea xD)))

6. She loves herself. She thinks she's a freaking Goddess.

7. Even though Blair has more than enough money she will still get (good looking) men to buy her things. She likes to feel powerful.

8. She's pretty much mastered the art of flirting (((can I take lessons?))) along with the "bedroom eyes".

9. Blair likes to keep the men's shirts she's slept with as a "souvenir", this is why most of her clothes look too big for her.

10. She is a HEAVY smoker. Blair likes to collect fancy cigarettes, e.g. Black Devils.

(((something we have in common rofl)))

Earlier today, while enjoying a walk with my wife around UVIC, I took this photo of some leaves changing colours in the afternoon breeze.

Previously,

Unlike the previous wall with its confused message(s), this is quite clear. Last year I missed the eventful months of Gezi protests and wider social and political unrest. On my next visit I discovered these inconspicuous stencil graffiti, leaving little doubt what it's about. In a largely peaceful and friendly Istanbul, those were some signs of changing times...
