He is a 7-8 week old tuxedo cat and he'll chew your face off..
(..errr, but only if you wrapped your face in a sock first)...seems to have a bit of a foot fetish especially for socks..(freaky cat)
He was a rescue,..(he rescued US btw,.. from a life of abject catlessness) since about 2 weeks now and its been a love affair ever since.. soon he'll be coming out on night kills with me... he's very fast, AND he's very cute so he's great for luring unsuspecting prey right to me.

I currently rent and no pets are allowed. Ever since moving here I have missed having a cat terribly - it is the first time my life has been catless. Strangely there are not many in the neighbourhood either. However yesterday I encountered little guy - sometimes we hear his bell but he has been pretty much invisible and elusive. Some may say it is bad luck to have a black cat cross your path ... for me it was a lovely birthday gift - a brief encounter and he gave me a perfect look for Halloween.

After three catless nights I should be home this evening.
For many years, Moultoneers and other visitors to Moulton Bicycles in Bradford on Avon may have noticed an unusual sign at the top of the driveway “Please take care, Toby the cat may be crossing.”. such was the importance of Toby in Alex Moulton’s life, we all had to watch out for him.
Toby came to The Hall as a stray in 1997, and quickly realised he was on to a good thing. Warmth, food and the odd stroke made him feel welcome and he settled down.
Alex, despite having had many Labradors as pets, liked having Toby around the place and he became a permanent part of the domestic scene.
The question of a cat flap was raised very early on. It seemed incongruous to insert a flap within one of The Hall’s great doors, and anyway, Alex thought that Toby would rather like direct access to the heat of the Aga in the kitchen. Hence Toby’s Tunnel’ was expertly created by stonemason Michael Lintern – a full nine feet through the north face of The Hall. Alex would say that he gave up shooting as he had, in his advancing years, a disinclination to kill and the arrival of Toby reinforced this mindset. Toby himself had no such compunction; for many small rodents and birds, their final journey was through the tunnel and into the kitchen.
Toby enjoyed being the centre of his master’s attention, and would often interrupt a meeting by jumping on the table and rolling over, angling for a stroke. Papers and drawings would be scratched and creased. Although Alex would sometimes admonish him, Toby was always quickly forgiven. He was part of the furniture and he knew it.
In later years, Alex would often joke that Toby was the true owner of The Hall, a role that Toby played admirably - patrolling the grounds, dropping in at the bicycle factory, keeping an eye on the housekeeper and being on time for meals and meetings. A framed photograph hangs in the passageway depicting Toby sitting comfortably on the roof of Alex’s Bentley. The inscription reads “He knows where his place is.”
Alex said that he and Toby had a bet on to see who could live the longest. “I think Toby will win” he confided. Toby appeared nonchalant about this, but when Alex died he refused food for two days and was never really the same again. Old age caught up with Toby scarcely six months after his master died and the local vet was called to put him to sleep. He has been interred under the stone terrace of The Hall, his final resting place marked by a brass plaque - Toby the hall cat.
Patrick Moore, who died in the same week as Alex, once said that “a catless house is a soulless house”. Now both Alex and Toby have passed on it certainly feels that a new life is needed for the place.

Hi, y'all!
Some of you know I lost my furbaby last year. I just adopted two new kittens, so I'm no longer catless! They're two and a half months old approximately and their names are Sophie and Charlotte.
In Kittycats terms, Sophie is a Maine Coon Plush Calico Washed with curious big autumn leaf eyes.
Charlotte is a Russian Black with mysterious small dry olive eyes.
They're precious and giving me so much joy. I wanted to share, since many of you have asked to see them.

2020 was a rough year for everyone and had a n added touch of rough for me. I lost Bubba the Beach Cat at 18 years old to a stroke on Easter weekend,
With my mom being so very attached to Bubba I knew going home with no cat was going to be devastating for her...and very difficult for me. God was watching and I was given a true God Wink when the vet, upon hearing the situation told me the story of an 8 month old kitten surrendered to her from a breeder 2 days before. An American Bobtail, He was going to need some special attention because he had been living in a cage for 8 months., He was shy and had no idea how to be a kitten. Was I interested? I was. I simply could not go into my house catless and have to deal with my weeping 92 year old mom. Rufus came home with me that morning,. He is not the funniest and strangest cat I have eve owned. He is true to his breed, the most dog like cat I have ever seen! Other than his need to be as high in the air as he can possibly get. I have found him perched on the top of my bedroom door, and eyeing just how to get onto the blades of my ceiling fans or the beams of my vaulted ceiling! Always an adventure.
As if that is not enough...3 weeks ago I found out the feral cat that I have been feeding for the past 8 months had kittens under the house next door, I spent 3 weeks trapping and finding homes for them and trapping the mama and having her spayed, 3 of 4 kittens went as soon as they were old enough and I had socialized them...getting their feral hissing to a minimum and them allowing people to pick them up. The 4th was adopted but that fell through.. There were 3 boys and a girl.
Giess who now has a baby “sister”!!? Even better....guess who is actually getting a full nights sleep now!!!! ME!

A couple of months ago, I started feeling that perhaps it wouldn’t be beyond my emotional capabilities to at least start discussing adopting another cat. I threw the idea out to Carol to see what she thought. She wasn’t what you would call enthusiastic about it, but she was willing to consider it, perhaps, after she was finished with the month of catsitting she was doing for our neighbor. We’ve had a reciprocal catsitting arrangement with our neighbor for a long time, a comfort to us both knowing that our beloved animals will be well taken care of in our absence. Lately, of course, it had been a bit one-sided, since we were catless, but we were still willing to help and it’s always a good idea to build up a bit of karmic credit when you can.
So, there it was, the idea of having another cat, percolating around in our thoughts. We couldn’t help but mention it to friends and co-workers. We couldn’t help but push that idea out into the universe. I started getting e-mails from people with cats available for adoption, so did Carol. We had created a vacuum in our own little universe and the larger universe was on the move to fill that void. There was now a cat out there with our name on it, moving in our direction, barreling down the cosmic highway toward our hearts. Wishes are very powerful things, you know.

500whp. What more is there to say? Let's just say it was enough to convince me to pickup a 335i of myself. RB turbos, meth, FMIC, intakes, downpipes, exhaust, tons of other goofy stuff, but the one thing that sticks out (besides that brilliant perfect orange paint) is the 500whp.
Shot was taken with the 6d and the 16-35L v1. Light painted through a few different layers, and even more work / time spent behind the computer.
What was funny is not only was there people walking directly by us asking about the car, but the security light kept coming on and off totally throwing off my shots. We'd talk about turbo stuff while the light was on, and as soon as the light went off it'd be back to work lol. More shots to come!
ABOUT THE CAR :
Tony picked up the car after losing his 335i in a crazy accident. He loved the way the platform responded to mods and a bucket of parts from the 335i just waiting to be put to a good home. He didn't want to build another 335i because he would always compare it to his first. The search for the perfect 135i had begun! He found a beautiful fully loaded Sadona Red 135i with only 30k on it in Montgomery Alabama. He booked a flight that night, and drove it home the next morning, within 24 hours of owning it, she was already up to 400whp!

Lego made a V8 supercar with a twin turbo V8. I had no choice but to go for the 1-up. Turbos the size of your head, double intercoolers up top, and a massive red block. And it's catless. # VW'sgotnothin'onme.
I'm quite keen on taking a picture with the engine out later on, and the whole thing is one big self-contained system. It's just so freakin' big that it gets stuck on the back of the car when I try to put it in or take it out.

It is October. It stopped raining. It is cold enough for an extra blanket, Coma is off the wall. I am used to Was being nestled in between the folds. Is, the stray is still circling. Someone else is definitely feeding him. But he is looking at me. Can't catch him on camera. He is fast. At least he is OK.

So Andy contacted me on Facebook. We are both part of our car club at Cal Poly; he asked if we could shoot. Of course we could shoot!
He bought the car fresh from the dealer. That means this puppy was completely stock at the beginning. What seems a long story short, it has been 5 years since that day. I've had the catback system for awhile now. Just got the middle system installed which I bought used from someone.
It's a full titanium system that drops about 50lbs from the car and adds about 30 whp give or take (I didn't dyno my car).
The system itself is a work of art and it sounds great. Also worth noting that BMW uses this system (well a catless version) for their M3 GT4 cars.
