The visitor center has a replica of George Washington Carver's laboratory at Alabama's Tuskegee Institute. I don't it was ever this clean and tidy, though Carver was a fastidious man.
The scientist who works for Black Hole. Didn't want to make his monstrous speed monster form, so I just did his look before that whole ordeal.
The home of Carver's enslavers at George Washington Carver National Monument.
His story left me with a number of "things that make you go hmmm" moments about each phase of his life. His most recent biographer seems to have had similar reactions, and additional circumstantial evidence about them. The NPS avoids those stories and stays closer to how Carver told his own story, whether or not it makes sense.

The 1881 Moses Carver House was constructed after a tornado demolished several dwellings on the farm, including the birth site cabin of George Washington Carver.

I found a spectacularly backlit tree in Minnesota. I loved the combination of sunlight and the vivid colors. To be honest, it took my breath away. It was sadly next to a (quite ugly) building, so I had limited options in framing the shot.

Randy is one of best carvers around. Randy with help from his friend, made the ice carvings towards the final scenes of Bill Murray's movie, "Groundhog Day".
