Spent a lovely evening wandering around the Highlight Carnival. These were pretty. I really should have looked up best settings before I left ... oh well, lesson for next time!!

According to their website, keywest.com, over 660,000 cruise passengers visit Key West each year. The cruise ship, Carnival Conquest, was in port on the day we visited Key West.
Carnival Conquest, operated by Carnival Cruise Lines, made its maiden voyage in 2002. The 953 foot (290m) long vessel sails from Fort Lauderdale. It carries 2980 passengers and 1150 crew, which might explain why downtown Key West was so crowded ; -)

For those who came looking for something related to ICP And The Dark Carnival I do apologize!
We were tied up in Cozumel Mexico when I happened to see this. Didn't look like much in the color version but when I converted it to mono this was the result.
It's funny how the light changes when you remove the color. The darks get a bit darker, the lights a bit lighter and the shadows a bit more dramatic.
