Fire twirler in the street near Parque de Las Americas Merida Mexico

It's okay to have trouble remembering names and faces, but never ever forget a car like this.

My friend just moved to this part of town. Some great buildings to capture there!

Long exposure shot of Rob's car driving away, then coming back (bulb setting.)

Distant vehicle lights, my unsteady hand....thats it.

Psalms 27vs1 The Lord is my light and salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

The source photograph for this image was taken on August 22nd, 2006. The photograph was made by setting my Nikon 4300 to its “fireworks” (time-lapse) auto-setting, clicking the button and then letting the camera swing freely from its carrying strap. At the time, a little after 8 p.m., I was in a car traveling on the California 210 Freeway. The lines are therefore the “trails” of head and tail lights on the other cars.

All that having been said, it looks like how I feel when playing the piano.

i want a fisheye LENS but software will have to do in the meantime.

for all the trouble i went through tonight, this was a total fail. the title comes from the way i shot the photo. i got home super early today so i was able to catch alot of the sun, but what do you know? for the first time, i didn't want to shoot in natural light. so i waited until it was dark and then turned on my car lights, positioning the stool in front of my garage. i was hoping to capture a splash pic using the car lights as the lighting source and capturing the cool shadow, what what was i thinking? what a dumb idea. it was a total fail.

to make amends, i pulled a random flower from my mom's garden. she'll have a heart attack if she finds out. then i dropped some red food coloring.

so uh, this is the result. i am so disappointed...

The light trails of a London Black cab as it drives up the street, reverses and moves away from Covent Garden.

Night shot at an intersection near Suntec City (Rochor Rd./Beach Rd.). The photo was taken with a Nikon - Nikonos V - actually an underwater camera - with slide film for an ongoing project at that time - weird setup but it worked out wonderfully in the end.

It was a rainy day...to me these carlights looked like a swan :)

Playing in the car (I was the passenger) with the camera, got a good corner with lights and neon
