91.6 hectare of parks and gardens at the heart of Kuala Lumpur established in 1888. The gardens incorporate the National Monument, Deer park, Butterfly Park , Bird Park, Carcosa Seri negara, The Forest Research Institute, Orchid garden and Hibiscus garden.
Here also have children's playground, jogging tracks and exercise stations.

CARCOSA. My new series. The name is from Robert Chambers' 1895 horror book The King in Yellow, (which he borrowed from Ambrose Bierce's short story from 1886). Inspired many great writers such as Lovecraft and his followers who were fans of Chambers so they incorporated the name of Carcosa in their own stories in Cthulhu Mythos. It also has a great effect on True Detective(and now you know why I'm crazy about this tv series.) Carcosa is a dark, ancient city. A cursed place located in another universe. I'm basically adapting this to a haunted neon world.
-Strange is the night where black stars rise // and strange moons circle through the skies // but stranger still is lost Carcosa.
