Kudu are highly alert and notoriously hard to approach. When they detect danger – often using their large, radar-like ears – they give a hoarse alarm bark, then flee with a distinctive, rocking-horse running motion, the male laying back his horns to avoid overhead obstructions.

Unlike most members of the cat family, tigers like water. They are good swimmers and often cool off in pools or streams. When a tiger wants to be heard, you’ll know about it, because their roar can be heard as far as three kilometres away. They may be big and heavy, but tigers are by no means slow movers. In fact, at full speed they can reach up to 65km/h!Today, there are five subspecies of tiger: Bengal, South China, Indochinese, Sumatran and Siberian. Sadly, three subspecies of tiger have become extinct – Caspian, Bali and Javan.

Light and shade are fundamental elements of photography, as they play a crucial role in creating depth, contrast, and mood in an image. In photography, light refers to the amount and quality of light that falls on a subject, while shade refers to areas of the image that are not directly illuminated by the light source.

The interplay between light and shade can create dramatic effects in a photograph, from high contrast black and white images to softly lit portraits with a range of subtle shades of gray. By manipulating the light source, photographers can create different moods and emotions in their images.

The direction and intensity of the light source can also affect the way the subject is perceived in the photograph. For example, direct light from above can create harsh shadows and highlight textures, while soft, diffused light can create a more even and flattering illumination.

In addition to natural light, photographers can also use artificial light sources such as strobes, continuous lights, and reflectors to control the light and shade in their images. By understanding the basics of light and shade, photographers can create images that are not only technically proficient but also visually striking and emotionally engaging.

A truly magnificent sight, the Ballroom features 22-foot ceilings and lovely water-green walls adorned with gold leaf decoration. Large murals painted by Ernest Peixotto add a feeling of richness and warmth to the stateliness of the room. The magnificent crystal chandeliers, which are copies of those that hung in the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles, and six elaborate crystal wall sconces with amethyst colored crystal drops, complete the grand illumination of the ballroom. A built-in stage and grand piano offer the ideal space for live entertainment.

What tales would this stage tell if only it could Speak -( Photo Shot in FILOLI ,Woodside,California - World Heritage Site )

“Our revels now are ended. These our actors,

As I foretold you, were all spirits and

Are melted into air, into thin air:

And, like the baseless fabric of this vision,

The cloud-capp’d towers, the gorgeous palaces,

The solemn temples, the great globe itself,

Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve

And, like this insubstantial pageant faded,

Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff

As dreams are made on, and our little life

Is rounded with a sleep.”

Exploring the area this morning and wanting to try my new PolarPro filter set. Very nice to see almost no colour cast.

The Kek Lok Si Temple is a #Buddhist temple situated in Air Itam, Penang, #Malaysia. It is the largest Buddhist temple in Malaysia, and is also an important pilgrimage centre for Buddhists from Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore and other countries in Southeast Asia. The entire complex of temples was built over a period from 1890–1930, an inspirational initiative of Beow Lean, the Abbot. The main draw in the complex is the striking seven-storey Pagoda of Rama VI (Pagoda of Ten Thousand Buddhas) with 10,000 alabaster and bronze statues of Buddha, and the 36.57 metres (120.0 ft) tall bronze statue of Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy.

#MahayanaBuddhism, #TheravadaBuddhism and traditional Chinese rituals blend into a harmonious whole, both in the temple architecture and artwork as well as in the daily activities of worshippers.

Came across this beautiful temple while travel in federal highway - The Seafield Sri Maha Mariamman Temple is a Hindu Temple in the middle class suburb of UEP Subang Jaya which was developed by Sime Darby in the mid 80s. The temple prides itself and claims to have been built in 1891. Although the age is disputed by Nicholas Cheng, a journalist with the newspaper,

It was 2004, since my first camera (presented by my Mom) utilized only for picturing my friends or the building, then started my interest on Mountain. Sporting 3.2Megapixel on that year seems like the king. Until a College Task makes me lost that Camera on the rainy day and nobody cares with my lost on lovely camera (they simply moved to another guy who had camera)...years apart I bought my own Rangefinder, started my new life...i never had problem with Candid Picture with lovely Rangefinder, taking pictures of people while on the street from 0.5M to 3M max, but somehow we can't expect more when a person show disagreements on it with any excuses....(oo cmon guys i just a photograper, an artist, you just enjoy your own self on it)....so Now, i can do Long range shooting from hundred meters or even kilometers away...plus they Adores on "me" blipping like a B-2 Spirit (stealth bomber) scanning the ground choosing my target from heights, and of course I ain't throwing a Concrete buster, but rolling my lens
