I had the great privilege to be invited to participate in the exhibit A Thousand Words curated by Trouble Dethly . Each participant had to pick among poems from Pablo Neruda's collection "Twenty Love Poems and a Song of Despair" and it was not an easy task as all of them have this little something that sparked some ideas in my mind. My final choice went to this wonderful poem :

In My Sky At Twilight

In your eyes of mourning the land of dreams begin.

This picture was taken @ Elysion where I tried my best to translate the strong emotion of infatuation and love that I felt while reading this text, and had to include two recurrent elements in Neruda's poetry: the sky and the sea.

I also want to thank Lya for accepting to be part of this project with me and being that constant soul pulling my hand, making me embrace every challenge ♥

I was taking photos of hostas in my flowerbed this morning.

I always liked the photo although it was a little blurry because of the distance from where I took it. I put together seven 5 sec. video clips made from three different fractal designs using image to video. In the beginning of each, you will see briefly each design generated from Firefly still images (I've used these before on Flickr).

All of the videos were generated, edited and put together in Canva.

All prompts - A colorful fractal mirrored design slowly becoming a beautiful hummingbird, (or butterfly) in a garden or at flowers.
