This image makes me anxious because there is no an obvious place to rest my eyes. I think breaking one of the candy canes would have been a good idea for interest. Moving on and cleaning out the rest of the pantry today. Spring cleaning mode has begun!

...a tribute to my Flickr buddy @Frank, who always shares a spirit of comradery and good will to all of his friends here on his photo shares and theirs. Here's to you buddy, and thanks for the recommendation. I followed up with the staff here at Camp Glisson and arrived early this morning to make over 150 captures of Cane Creek Falls. I was hoping to still find some green, and was delighted to find a touch of Autumn with some remaining green in the foliage...Privately Owned, Camp Glisson, United Methodist Church, North Georgia Conference, Dahlonega, Georgia, North Georgia Blue Ridge.
Miniature Candy Cane Beets. I chose them because I thought they would be pretty. Now I have to figure out how to cook them. Area photographed covers 3" x 2"
Note: I ended up cooking them in the pressure cooker. It only took 15 minutes. I put them on salad. It was good, but they are much prettier raw.
