I took this a few weeks back and thought it looked pretty good
I have these in the yard in a big planter with lots of other random plants mainly alpine types, they stay partially shaded, unlike my cactus and succulent planter : )

Photographed in my antique candy dish, each individually foil wrapped mini-York peppermint pattie measures 2.5" wide by 1.75" high. They are delicious ! ! HMM, everyone.

DUMBO, Brooklyn
Male Roseate Skimmer, Orthemis ferruginea, in a prairie pond at Seabourne Creek Nature Park in Rosenberg Texas. The Coastal Prairie Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalists mined impermeable clay from the site a few years ago. They covered a neighboring topographic low, creating the (much larger) Wetlands feature in the park. The remnant hole in the Prairie Restoration Project still holds water, and has filled with water-loving reeds, sedges, grasses, and wildflowers.

Photographed last Saturday, 6th February, 2021, with the kind permission of the owner, Miss Mei Zhen, who tends to her garden of dahlias, roses and other treasures, with incredible passion. She is a garden guru, having learnt about gardening from her parents back in her country of birth, Taiwan.

New to the garden this year is our new Candy Lily. It's
a beautiful, very small orange lily. The leaves of the plant look somewhat like an iris. It gets several blooms on each stalk.

I rolled up a couple of strips of sour belt candy and stacked them up. I liked how the light reflected on the sugar particles showing the details. :)
