At Seven Dials in London.

A pretty simple but neat German camera from the 1950's, taking 6x6cm exposures on No.120 rollfilm. The lens and shutter pulled out of the body somewhat like the lenses on early Leicas and Leica copies, to provide compactness when not in use.

It looks like the real thing - even comes with a cap!! When I first saw this, I thought, "my gosh, why would they do that to their Canon lens???" Pretty cool idea, for photography geeks like us =)

...the funniest shelves in my room ;)

...and I use them all!

...and yes, I am a little photo and camera crazy too, but I have cameras for all my moods ;)

ps. I just had to use my Nikon D90 for the photo...I was out of Lumix's ;) ds.

Update; I have sold the G2 and the 14-42mm kit-lens and bought me a Lumix GM1 with the Lumix G Vario 12-32mm lens and a Lumix GH3 with the excellent Lumix G X Vario 12-35mm f/2,8 lens. I will, most likely, sell some more cameras and lenses and focus on the G X series of lenses. It will take some time thought, the G X lenses are VERY pricey and the next I want is the Lumix G X Vario 35-100mm f/2,8...

I'll have to take a new photo of my "Lumix shelves" but I have a new cabinet for them as well...

Danbo looked at me as if I should stop buying old cameras, but I told him...

It was only 7 euro's and it looks so cute!

Also I'm planning a new tattoo of a camera and bought this cute little Minolta Hi-Matic F as a reference :)

Notoriously skittish, kingfishers are difficult to approach and usually see me before I see them & so I typically only know they're around when they suddenly fly away letting out their rattling machine-gun call! Such was the case with this young Belted Kingfisher however I was able to relocate it and, using the cover of some pond-side trees, slowly creep up to get this shot of him just at the moment he saw me. A second later, true to form, he was gone!

Some of the best shots from the wedding of Theresa & Dave Bunn at their Lake District wedding. The camera used was a Canon 5D MKIII.
