Pinkish Stars
(This is the first time I have ever done a project like this. I wish I could remember which decorating tip did what. I bought some and then found my mother-in-laws tips. I think I must have used them all.)
I got nostalgic and looked back of some of my work,
This Train depot has some European flair with those hand formed clay roof tiles,
Few years back used to make 3 of them one for each store and one for our home,
Shooting in dark with a point & shoot camera is not my favorite situation.
***Everything here except the Post lines are edible.
The one bellow was my first on Explore.

Flower show today for me.
This is one of my favorites, as you see it was very elaborate with many details, everything except the power lines are edible,
yes even the coal is made from sugar,
Those days I used to make one for each store and one for our Kitchen. btw I will make one next Christmas.
Taken with my old Point & Shoot Nikon E5700.
Macro Mondays 'spiky' theme.
This image shows the spikes of a large star nozzle. Lit with a daylight desk lamp directly overhead and the ambient room lighting.
The nozzle measures .75" at the widest point.
Grandkids (and their parents) have GOT to eat them ALL today!
Or else I will - HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Macro Mondays 'hobby' theme.
One of my hobbies is baking, and I love making and decorating cupcakes. These are two of my Russian 'Nifty Nozzles' which I haven't actually tried yet but I know that they produce really pretty frosting.
Each nozzle measures just over 3cm in diameter (at the base), and 4 cm high
Thanks, everyone, for your views, comments and faves. Very much appreciated.
For those that asked, the nozzle on the left was used to do the frosting on Cupcake Joy
I made these cupcakes for a bit of fun and because I was inspired by the chaise lounge that belongs to Kylie Lamberts daughter. These are butter cupcakes with butter cream and fondant. The cupcases are made of fondant also as I couldn't get any decent ones here. Everything ecxept the foil I used for the mirror is edible!
The original idea of these cake topper is not mine. I have seen it somewhere in the Net and felt in love !So bad that i wanted to make it for my Birthday.
Unfortunately i can not tell who the author is, sorry, but THANK YOU so much for the inspiration !! ♥
A contest in Des Moines, IA at the Des Moines Public Library website. Mine is called "I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas." woobox.com/jy5fko/gallery/z5X_SCkyV3Q My house was the first place winner in the Adult Category. I was so surprised! I am very appreciative of the library for offering this competition!
I learned just how hard it is to assemble a gingerbread house, but this was so much fun! Hoping the grandkids will like it when they see it for Christmas! Hope you enjoy this set of pictures!
I have removed the background...and entered it into the 3D animal comp on CC....aaah scarey!
This 15 inch or 36cm high barra is made from icing. Each scale was individually put on.
Made for a 60th birthday. It won first prize at our local show.

Shot for Macro Mondays challenge "Handle With Care".
Over 25 years ago my wife and her friend did a night school course in cake decorating and sugar craft. My wife was really good at making the flowers etc and we have had some in storage since then. And from April 2012 to just two weeks ago they were stored amongst our other household stuff in a 20' container.
Obviously Handle with Care!
The next image shows the boquet in full, the pic here is from the lower centre right.

Hannah's Birthday cake. A kitten in a basket, what else would she want!!! All cake and icing except blue ribbon.
My Nephew, 9, wants to bring bald eagles into Australia when he grows up. I don't think he realizes yet the complications. Anyhow, we did it for him- he can have a sugar one! :)
This was a very delicious carob, gluten free, dairy free cake! You would be totally surprised how good it was!
I did think these were just too cute so had to do range of colours as the lady had done at site below!
Ok, I'm sitting here wishing I could change everything that is wrong and not wanting to spend one more minute on it! Not a good combination!!

Happy 5 years gang!!!
