This location opened in August 2023; it was originally a United Virginia Bank, which opened in February 1982. It became a Crestar Bank in spring 1987 and a SunTrust in 2000, which closed in December 2020.
This is one of our favorites. A caesar salad made with bitter Lacinato (Dinosaur) Kale and a bold caesar dressing. Its a great appetizer for dinner parties at home.
I don't really see the resemblance, but with the moon above him and the sun behind me I felt it was picture worthy.
Plutarch, I believe, wrote about CAESAR/'royals' sending out their family/crew to every city conquered (or FOUNDED with peasants/serfs/slaves) in order to have control over the city. The masses are not, now, aware of the family names or the 'fees' they pay, but, they are all there. Notice the COAs, symbols, etc., that indicate alliances/marriages/bloodlines/etc..

The kind of power wielded by the few, at the very top, is 'godlike' on earth (to make it simple for you): Every major city has been controlled for a long time and all the laws eat away at freedoms. Can you imagine a law forcing your child to be manipulated and controlled/programmed all day long by 'strangers'? Or, perhaps, allowing corporations to raise their fees and force us to pay because the gov forces us to buy their corp product (as in insurance which is controlled by 'banking' families).
Everything in our society is highly controlled and any freedom of thought, or physical, is vanishing daily.
'With Privilege' means this work is for nobles and rulers because NO ONE without 'privilege' is recognized at the highest levels.
