I have never seen this area so empty. It is normally rammed with people. However, it was New Years Day so perhaps they were all sleeping off their hangovers.

We have our own Roman king here at the RVSPCA - Caesar. This little pup has spent some time in foster care with his sister, Cleopatra, and has learned many things. Among them...people are fun and toys are great. Caesar is just as cute as can be. We know he is of royalty because he prances when he runs - which is quite often if a ball or other toy is involved. Caesar is eager to learn new skills and is ready to take on any challenge that comes his way.

Caesar is a Chihuahua blend, with a playful nature. He will not be very large when he's fully grown, making him the perfect addition for any homeowner. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. The perfect fur-ever home waits for him....is it yours?
