Day 1 Dinner

Much tastier than I expected. And a pretty good portion size. Enough to be filling on its own, but not too huge. I don't typically have anchovies on my caesar salads, but they used green olives to add that anchovy-esque salty flavor. It worked. The salad crumbles as croutons got a bit lost in the dressing; I'm sure I tasted them, but they didn't stand out from a texture standpoint.

Ingredients: romaine lettuce, Dressing (pinenuts, olive oil, flaxseed oil, lemon juice, sea salt), tomatoes, green olives, Salad Crumbles (eggplant, zucchini, italian seasoning, olive oil, ume plum vinegar, cayenne) (260 calories)

Lately I fall in love with salad. My wife Wendy made this. Yummy~!

Las Vegas, Nevada. If only they could extend the monorail to the airport (so you didn't have to get ripped off by some of the worst taxi drivers on the planet) and lock up the idiots trying to hand out prostitute cards, then this place would get an A rather than its current B rating. As a non-gambler, the best part of Vegas for me is the amazing entertainment architecture. It reminds me of Epcot on steroids.

I think that's Poseidon? there were ducks in it but I didn't them in it.

After leading his bumbling Legions last week Caesar though he'd try herding cats. It couldn't be any worse than handling new recruits.
