I needed something to shoot tonight. And I wanted a Root Beer Float. So I thought "Hey, why not combine the two?"
The tasty drink is sitting on a piece of glass, white poster board, and a pair of 2"x4"s. There is a hacked Vivitar 3700 under the glass pointed at the background. And there are a pair of Vivitar 283's, one on each side.

Makes Johnny a dull boy, and causes him to take crappy cell-phone pics. Was a nice day though, got a good amount of math thinking done _and_ chased down a long standing, tough to find bug in the free/open source Python numerical library I was using. Half an hour later the fix was commited, and the next day I received thank yous from other people who were affected by the bug.
It was particularly rewarding since it represented the first time in probably ten years that I did any C hacking and still I managed to trace down a nasty low-level platform specific mistake in generated memory handling code. Now if you didn't understand anything I just said, don't worry, you're not missing much. But if it gave you a thrill, do look closer at the picture which, despite the crappy cellphone quality, will show you the results of what I had been doing :)
Chào các bạn, lại là mình đây ^^. Rất vui được gặp lại các bạn ở phần 3 của Series “Những kiến thức hack cơ bản nên biết “....
