The Correlian Engineering Corporation took the original Consular-Class Frigates (used for diplomatic missions and meetings) and refitted them with five twin turbo laser cannons, a double laser turret atop the bow and a smaller sensor package. The c70 saw action throughout the Clone Wars and even in the early Galactic Civil War.

Seen for sale in late 2020. I like the appearance of these. This one has the turbocharged 2.5 liter 5 cylinder T5 engine.

Coronavirus (Jan 2021) is now rampant, due in no small part to Government massive mismanagement. Since the March 2020 lock-down for Covid I have taken the opportunity to upload shots from before September 2010. In-between contemporary shots, I am uploading photos pre-SPNC, from the days of my old Olympus E-1/E-330/420. Not many are any good but the exercise has given me an opportunity to look back. One thing that has struck me is how limiting the effect of noise was when trying to take (very early) street shots at ISO 800 in relatively dark conditions. I still used zoom lenses quite a lot until SPNC and am glad to have been educated in the use of a wider angle lens.
