12 month old St Bernard

This is another image I took a while ago and have had a go at reprocessing with Niksoft Silver EFEX Pro 2 as I liked the image, but felt it wasn't quite there as a finished product. I wanted a soft image, but I still wanted some definition in the eye lashes and to accentuate the wisps of hair, without making the tone of the image too top heavy.

UPDATE: Made it on to Explore #36 on 18th March 2011 and on to the Explore front page - Thanks to all who viewed, commented and faved. It means a lot. :-)

Her 4th appearance in my stream I think. I was asked to photograph this event at short notice as another photographer let them down.

Bronwyn Schuster is a Canadian visual artist. She studied drawing at the Swedish Academy of Realist Art, receiving an Artist Renewal Centre award. Bronwyn works as an illustrator and muralist.

We went to visit my friend Bronwyn (princessinboots) yesterday at her farm.

I met her online two years ago and yesterday was our first time meeting in person.

She is just as beautiful, kind, smart, and soft-spoken in real life as she is online.

Everything I imagined she'd be.
