DR (Danish Broadcasting Corporation) have released 77,000 pictures from its archives for free use under the commercial Commons licence. Most of these pictures are from DR's studio productions but a number of pictures show their vehicles from the 1950's onwards. I have collected the best of these in this series.
DR is Denmark’s oldest and largest electronic media enterprise. The corporation was founded in 1925 as a public service organisation.

At the JubiLee in Sanford. Annual fall festival that is increasing in popularity and attendance each year at the Depot Park.
I wish we did have sun like this at the moment, but alas not. I've had to raid the archives as I've not had any time to get out with the camera this week. I took this quite a while back when the late autumn and early winter skies were clear and bright.
This is the BBC Broadcasting House not far from where I work. It's currently undergoing renovation and when the sun shines on it like this it just looks stunning.

The AWA building used to be the tallest building in Sydney. It was used for broadcasting purposes, but time has passed and its glory days are long gone.
It is still a beautiful brick building albeit a bit gloomy. the Eiffel like tower on the roof is a nice reminder of its more productive past.
I hope to put up some more close up images of places in Sydney that are not seen on Flickr very often, hopefully I find the time :)
Enjoy!
Videogame systems split to both the broadcasting computer and the TV, Laptop on the left runs a Skype call, the left microphone is a rock band microphone, while the right microphone is the one i use to talk to everyone else, Also the Wii output is on the gamepad, the gamepad batteries died right before I took this picture.

One corner of Alexandra Palace houses the BBC's television transmission tower that was used to broadcast the very first regular television service in 1936.
The television service was interrupted and ceased during World War II (1939-45), when the tower was used for jamming the navigation systems of German bombers.
