Earlier this year LSL's 70000 "Britannia" is captured leaving Chester Tunnels whilst hauling a test train on the Crew-Chester-Salop-Crewe loop. Carrying The East Anglian headboard she made a fine sight and sound as she headed away from a short stop at Chester just catching a very brief patch of watery light in the mornings gloom.
It's nice to sit down relax and chill while playing calming music and fogetting the days hard graft , served chilled lol .

The Brit Chicks Thursday night out this week was at Rockin Robins the theme was 80's and us girls could not believe we all turned up in the same outfits..so I just had to take a picture lol..But anyway will say thank you to Dj Rane her host Brandy..left in the picture for a great set and to Bonnie my partner in crime for the evening on the right of the picture...from us all.. Be Safe...and make sure you pay Rockin Robins a visit.. for some fun...
It's Spain, it's raining, the empty sun beds are deserted like a forgotten cemetery but the "Brits" won't be stopped from wearing shorts and stomping up the promenade.................
Was hoping to repeat this during the post Christmas period without the headboard and before the permit ran out but the weather didn't play ball. Hope to see Cromwell back in action again before too long.

Quilted with lots of pairs of straight white lines following the lines of the triangles. Bound in a Brandon Mably red and pink print. Hung on a nail in the courtyard on a wall that might perhaps benefit from a lick of paint.
Not a photo charter, but a quick session getting 70000 'Britannia' in the platform at Sheringham before it departed with the evening fish and chip train. Big thanks to the NNR staff and volunteers who arranged for the train to be shunted far back enough to allow a clear view of the front of the loco and making sure the station was well lit.
