...comes a bold new Republic!

Rebel fighters liberate another oppressed world from the tyrannical clutches of the dying Empire.

After reading the Aftermath series this Christmas I felt super inspired to make a build from my favourite SW period.

This build kinda snowballed from a turret tablescrap I made years ago into a bigger turret, into a landing pad and then some surrounding landscape and then the whole build you see here. I added the AT-ST section as I had Erik’s beautiful design lying about my desk because I didn’t have the parts to finish it, so full credit to him for the design. I think it adds a certain spice to the build, but idk.

Oh and I got the Statue of Liberty brickhead at Christmas, for £9.99 it has an insane amount of useful sand green parts, I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

Apologies for the dreadful picture quality, somewhere between the SD card and the computer the photo quality dropped from 4K to something extraordinarily bad.

Hello everybody :)

Today I want to show you the next part of my Mandalorian BrickHeadz series. From the left to the right you can see Moff Gideon, Kuiil and the Client.

I had a lot of fun building that figures, especially Kuiil was very tricky because of his unique head.

I hope you like it :)

Robin Hood has to get his dinner somewhere, and so do the birds...

You may recognize this house from The Conquering Hero Returns in Triumph. I liked it enough to tear it out, build a side, and give it a vignette of its own!

Probably not Nerdly's go-to emotional state, but sometimes Lego.com crashes repeatedly when you're trying to get the Endurance GWP, and when the site finally reloads, it says sold out...

This is based on brickhead_07's great version over on Rebrickable. I'll only take credit for the various modifications I made to put enough of my stamp on it to share here.

I had the pleasure to be part of www.newelementary.com and recieved the mission to explore some new parts. I can only recommend to head over, check out the awesome blog and enjoy some part festivals presenting new parts. <3

This build is all about the double square Brickhead's glasses. I combined two copies of them with the sprue part of the new Ninjago Shuriken's to create the white stove. I'm sure you'll spot the second use of the double squares…

It's our favorite Spartan warrior, Kratos himself.

After playing the new God of War on PS4 and re-playing God of War 3 , I knew I had to do a Kratos BrickHead.

The Leviathan Axe is cool, for sure but let's be honest the Chaos Blades are still the most aesome video game weapon ever.

Hey all. first off I've really loved seeing everyone's entries. Keep it up!

Second, I'm updating the prizes. In addition to your choice of any mighty micro, you can also choose any brickhead as your prize. Basically, any lego that's ten bucks that I can get on amazon prime.

Third, I know there are a few people who said they'd enter, but I haven't seen entries from (who I've tagged) this is just a reminder to them that the contest ends March 31st at midnight EST. I'll be anouncing the results on April 4th. (my birthday!)

That's about it. Thanks again for all the great entries :D

I recently took it upon myself to come up with some uses for those cardboard boxes that elastic bands, cloth pieces and string come in sets.

They can be far more than merely recyclable material if you’re willing to brave the scathing looks from those that don’t deem their use in MOCs ‘above board’ ;)

"There's a passage that I got memorized, seems appropiate for this situation: Ezekiel 25,17. "The path of the righteous man is beset of all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil me. Blessed is he who, in the name of the charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee."

I'm back! After a loooooong hiatus of being a new dad, house hunting, career developments, and other events, I am back to building! Our LUG had a Samuel L. Jackson build contest, for which I made the Jules BrickHead. Seemed only appropriate that I pump out a Vincent Vega as well.

It's good to be back!

Check my building tutorial on brickitdown.de

Finally back on the bricks! This time with a Mario and Luigi Brickhead. After I saw it on various Instagram channels I wanted to build the brothers as a decoration for our living room.

I've got some adhesive foil from my work, so I've cutted out the M and L for the hat 😄

It's Star Wars day! So I decided to go for the throat with my latest batch of REJECTZ - the adorably ugly characters that aren't Brickheads and that you hate to hate but have to hate because no-one fucking messes with Star Wars (except George Lucas).

Check out all the Star Wars REJECTZ photos.

One more popculture icon turned into a brickhead:)

I built this 1974 Dodge Monaco ex-cop car (AKA The Bluesmobile from the 1980 film "The Blues Brothers") from these free Rebrickable instructions by user "Brickhead_07", but modified by me to fit figures among other changes: rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-129488/brickhead_07/the-bluesmob...

Sadly the Blues Brothers can't sit side by side, but the can fit one per row. I changed the inside details from tan to light bluish gray, and I had to raise the roof by a two plates to get the figures to fit.

"It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses.... HIT IT!"

Hourman never gets any love! When was the last time you saw an Hourman Brickhead?! That's right, you haven't because I'm the only one to ever make one! *queue airhorns*

Honestly though, he was really simple (other than his emblem) which used some fancy SNOT techniques inside the body. Same thing goes for Alan Scott! He was a breeze to assemble. Not so easy to acquire all the parts however, but he was a very simple design (modeled a little after my Billy Batson).

Hello everybody :)

Here are some Lord of the Rings BrickHeadz I made in the last weeks. On the photo you can see Gandalf, Pippin, Boromir, Frodo, Legolas, Sam, Gimli, Merry and Aragorn.

Due to the fact that I´ve never built a BrickHeadz creation before, it was a big and funny challenge for me making that figures.

Special thanks to my friends Dr. Zarkow (www.flickr.com/photos/dr-zarkow) and Ralf Langer (www.flickr.com/photos/154489981@N04) for all the good feedback and tips they gave me while building the BrickHeadz.

Thanks for watching :)

Who ever said the holidays couldn't be scary?

Here's Krampus!

The parrot design is inspired by LEGO 7

So stormythos over on Insta built literally the perfect Superman Brickhead a while back, and I just had to make one for myself! Besides, I’ve had this Rebirth General Zod sitting around forever now so it only felt right to share them together!

See how they were built over on my Patreon! ;)

Hey all! It's been a good while, hasn't it? Been really wanting to get this channel moving again once I have more time, but first... I have a bit of an announcement. For all you guys who followed this alt account, you get a bit of an "early access."

This may not be a surprise to some (I feel like I put out a few hints over the last year), but back in January of 2021, I finally put together some pieces that never made sense and... I came out as transgender. Before then, it was such a scary and repulsive concept I never dared approach with my religious background, but once I admitted it, came to terms with it, I've felt this enormous peace and surety come over me that I haven't felt... maybe ever. The drive I've been missing for years is finally back, and I'm enjoying life and looking forward to things again. I've been on my own journey since then, and it's been wonderful to finally be happy with myself or even to feel emotion at all.

So hi, let me reintroduce myself. I'm Nat, she/her pronouns, as big a Bionicle/Lego nerd as ever (if not even bigger!), and finally chasing my dream of joining the Video Games Industry. Here's my new Brickhead and SigFig to match the progress I've made over the last year, growing out my hair, slowly trying on new clothes, and finally coming out of my shell enough to not hide in a bulky hoodie and jeans. Also I absolutely love my beanie hats.

I know that not everyone will accept this, but it's so worth it to me I don't care, and I hope to show you the benefits of this brand new me. If you've got any questions for me, I'm happy to answer down below.

TMNT - Raphael BrickHeadz

I decided to revisit my Ninja Turtles BrickHeadz to try some new techniques and see if I could really capture that comic/cartoon style.
