Before our winter descends on us, I wanted to get a photo of a bluejay if I could find one that would stand still long enough. On a recent morning my wife and I were tooling down a paved road when I spotted a bluejay off in the distance on a dead tree limb. I had to back up about 30 yards and usually when I do that, my prey takes off. This morning the blue jay didn't and obliged me with this photo pose.
Not a staple at the breakfast table, but once in a blue moon I enjoy a cup of sugary, not so good for you, cereal.
I went to see the new movie "The Lincoln Lawyer" and I liked it. Awesome cast! It was great to see all the LA street scenes.
I took this shot this morning while I was waiting for my breakfast. I used my pocket camera S95. :)

la signora fa colazione e prende un cappuccino. This lady was preparing breakfast in the morning sun. She was working almost 10 minutes before a man appeared and they moved away from the kitchen window taking their cups along.
