From the riverbank at Vétheuil, Monet looked upstream to the houses at Lavacourt, situated on the opposite bank. In the distance, to the left, the church tower of Saint-Martin-la Garenne, outlined against the hills, can be discerned. This canvas was done at a slightly later date than the first views executed after the ice breakup. The jagged ice floes, given emphasis by impasto colours, are less numerous. They have also been thrown up onto the banks, as can be seen from the pile in the left foreground. The water has lost its devastating power, becoming calmer. The river, now navigable once more, witnessed the return of a barge with small figures on board. Monet’s boat-studio, moored on the Seine at that time, only sustained minor damage in the ice breakup.
Tristan would not leave, So I started taking pictures of him and he grabbed the camera out of my hand and snapped photos of me.
If you time it right, you can see this event every spring on the lakes. The wind pushes the brocken sheets of ice towards the beach.
Yes we have beaches on the lakes here!
The zucchini later broke up with the eggplant very angrily.
And then they were both cut up and put in my lasanga.

Lepre-Con 2012! After the mayoress of Hoboken turned into the "Grinch who Stole St. Patrick's Day," the Irish Catholics of Hoboken were forced to cancel the traditional and time-honored tradition of the Hoboken St. Patrick's Day Parade. Despite not having a parade for the first time in almost three decades, the hard-working, fun loving young people of Hoboken came up with an alternative bar crawl called "Lepre-Con" to celebrate.
According to the NJ.com, www.nj.com/hudson/index.ssf/2012/02/local_priest_denounce... Father Alex Santora denounced Mayoress Dawn Zimmer for not working with the Church to come up with a compromise that would have allowed the parade to have taken place. Let's all put her in our Christian prayers that she makes a better decision next year.
These are my photos that I took while walking around Hoboken for the day. There were lots of twenty-something guys calling each other "Bro…" and an equal number of girls calling each other "Bitches…" There were the usual boyfriend/girlfriend arguments and breakups after some drinking, and so forth… All in all, most of the kids were well behaved and a good time was had by all!
Banana Man only wanted love...but Martini didnt believe in inter-frutial relationships...( B.R just stood by and watched the whole thing)

In this image you can see someone sitting in a weird enviroment, his head is bleeding out bleeding full of sadness.
It appears that in this month it snowed, I got dumped, and picked up a brief obsession with cross-processing.
It hurts when good friends break-up. It hurts more when they are married. It hurts when you knew one of them only whilst they were together. It hurts when you shared the best years and the best moments of your life together. It hurts when everybody else no longer wants to know one of them but you still do.
