While Montevideo, Uruguay, may not be at the top of a list for going to see street art, I will gladly say they have a great network...and some beautiful pieces.
There's an interactive website -- www.streetart.uy/ -- that will help you easily find street art all across the capital. (Yellow markers are former pieces. Green markers are current. It's not always completely accurate, given the nature of street art, though in my experience, this was exceptionally accurate.)
As a city, and a country, I'm in love with Uruguay. Of the nations in this half of the continent, this is easily the one I would choose to live in. Brazil & Argentina may be prettier countries with more diverse landscapes, but I loved the feel of life here.
Montevideo has a very relaxed feel to it with tree-lined streets and just a laidback vibe in general.

LOL...found a beautiful dance floor at Miramare. I was bored so I put on my silks and decided to break dance.
