You will reach a new level of fitness and strength just by practicing your movements at the level you are at.
Got invited to this rooftop dance party attended by mostly superheroes and Star Wars geeks :) And I say that lovingly. You have not lived until you've disco'ed with Vader to "YMCA" :)

This guy seriously flipped over all seven of these people. It was amazing. I wish I had caught him in the air, but he was like an inch over them. Insane!
