Note: For the purposes of this report, we refer to any fencing constructed prior to Customs and Border Protection implementing requirements of the Secure Fence Act of 2006 as “legacy” fencing designs and any fencing deployed subsequently as having “modern” fencing designs. In addition, all “landing mat” fencing—constructed of army surplus carbon steel landing mats which were used to create landing strips during the Vietnam War—is considered “legacy” fencing, regardless of when it was constructed.

Kayleigh Jigsaw snickers. "No gettin mad at her then. 'Las time ya met a cat ya weren't too nice." She was thinking of the one she was going to be laying down the law to later, Click.
Johnathon Parx raised an eyebrow and just shook hsi head, "Your nothing but trouble, you know that? If it isn't demons, its talkign about owning a cat. If its not that your dragging boys over.... Christ leigh your as bad as..." He'd trail off and rub the bridge of his nose. "Not even gonna continue that..."
Kayleigh Jigsaw grins. "I'll finish for you then. You." She nodded. She was extremely proud of taking after him even if it did mean she tended to find trouble better than a dowsing rod could find water.
Johnathon Parx groaned quietly, "Leigh Parx Jigsaw.... I swear child-o-mine you attracte truble liek the magnet in my ass gets me bullets." He'd step forewards and slide his arm around his daughters waist and tug her into a hug, "And unfortuantly I love you to peices....fuckin' problem child..."
Kayleigh Jigsaw giggles uncontrolably and snuggles into the hug. She just grins up at him for a few moments before sobering herself and fixing him with a good long stare.
Johnathon Parx snickers and shakesh is head. letting her have her gigglefest and silently glancing out at the ocean before he'd look down as the giggles Die, "... What?"
Jhudori Jinn walked past in her platform boots and sparce clothes. She was gonna go 'shopping' in the Midian dumpsters again while her music player played around her neck. She sung along as she bounced on her boots. "Ya spin me right 'round baby right 'round like a record baby right round wooah oooh!", funny, the albino kitty could sing without caterwalling the music to bits as she danced down the sidewalk. Spinning a little to the music. "All I know is that ta me you look likes you havin' fun open up your mouth an' say what your name right now!"
Little Ming spots Leigh standing with another man, but he was looking rather pale in the face and walking a bit funny. He'd give her a forced smile and a slight wave, but wouldn't come too close.
Kayleigh Jigsaw just shakes her head as she leans into the hug resting her head against his chest. She just barely sees Click's wave. "Nothin, Daddy. Jus' thinkin bout stuff." Her thoughts had taken a very serious turn. She perks up hearing Jhud singing as she passed. She let out a short quick whistle to try and get the cute kitty's attention. As she does so she lifts one hand from her father's back to wave at Click. She pulls away from the hug just a little to give him a worried look.
Jhudori Jinn's ear flicked at the whistle before she suddenly stopped in mid dance move. Pursing her lips to see her new friend before she straightened up... a small bit as she turned on her heel to offer a wave. "Heydo!"
Johnathon Parx shakes hsi head, "Well talk later then kiddo." He didn't liek the look he'd just gotten before he'd glance to Jhud, then over towards Click with a raised eyebrow, mebbe it was time for him to exit stage right as he gave leigh a light squeeze.
Jhudori Jinn shifted a little before she slowly started to bounce on her boots when 'Caramel Dansen' came up on her player. Poor kitty just couldn't help bit atleast move to the beat.
Little Ming blinked at the odd girl bouncing down the street and singing. The mental image of flowers and happy bunnies filled his mind, and he wanted to strangle each and every last one of them at the moment. He was in a rather sour mood having been railed in the nuts three times in a row. He'd recognize John as he looked his way, as he wasn't one to easily forget a man who aimed a gun at his head. "I'm goin' I'm goin'..." he'd grumble at John, not wanting to add bullet holes to the list of injuries and he'd start to waddle down the street again seeking ice.
Kayleigh Jigsaw scowls a little. The look hadn't been anything bad at all. She waved at Jhud. "You said you wanted to meet her, Daddy. That'd be her." For the moment she was trying to figure out what was wrong with Click. "Umm Daddy he ain't a duck. Why's he waddling?" She blinks a bit as her gaze follows the guy she has feelings for. "Click, why ya walkin funny?" She kept her arm around her father not wanting him to go yet.
Jhudori Jinn eyed around a little. "Starting to wonder what was said about her before she slowly raised her hand to tip her hat to the daddy man. Placing her large hat back on her head while her ears kept it from swallowing her head whole.
Johnathon Parx chuckled, "Cause he hurt kiddo, go to him." He'd nudge her. Southern double standards. Gotta love the hell outta them. He'd glance to Jhud and chuckle, "Hello wandering hands." He'd wink at Jhud, "Kiddo asked if she could keep you, I said yeah."
Little Ming would pause as she asked him a question about his injury. "I uh... 'ad a lil accident.. ran into someone's knee durin' trainin'." Well it wasn't a lie. He was giving a lesson, the knee was just an unexpected part of it. He was a little surprised by John's response, so friend today then, though he'd be watchin for the shotgun tomorrow.
Kayleigh Jigsaw glances at her father in confusion. She gave a light shrug and brushed her lips across his cheek if he'd let her. "Alright. An' I'll tell ya what I was thinkin after I help Click get some sorta help... even if it is pushin him off a bridge or somethin." She grins just like her father. She was joking about pushing the boy off a biridge. If she were honest with herself right now, she wouldn't be sure if she wanted to get Click mental help or physical.
Jhudori Jinn's pink albino eyes stared blankly at the man. ".... wha...?",the question sounding a little like a soft quack from a duckie, she blinky blinked. Scrunching up her little face in confusion while her lips pursed out. Guessing she missed ALOT while she took care of the kitten. "K-Keeps me's..?", her head tilted. Raising a hand to scritch her head.
Little Ming waved his hand dismissively at Leigh, "I was jus' 'eaded home ta get some ice... less yer comin' with I think I can manage." he'd glance at the strange girl with a raised brow and start to waddle off again, "Sides, looks like ya got yer own set of problems..."
Johnathon Parx chuckles hearing Jhuds comment, looking towards Leigh and catching the kiss to the Cheek, "YEah, my littlep ain in the ass here said she found a kitten, asked if she could keep her." He'd point to jhud, "I'm guessing she ment you." Oh yeah... Hell if leigh was gonna egt mental help for anyone she needed ot sign her pa up for psychiatric evaluations.
Jhudori Jinn looked a little dumbfounded while she blushed a little. Hiding her hands behind her back before she nodded a little. Oversized hat staggering a little on her small head. "Y-Yar... I talkded to her a bits on da beach of ebil sand over deres... b-buts... aahs... keeps me?", her tail swished with a small bashful rub of her boot toe against the pavement.
Kayleigh Jigsaw frowns at Click. "Alright, but you better take care of yourself or I'll be kicking your ass for not takin care of yerself." She was serious as an ice pick through the skull, yet her tone remained light. She just turns beet red as her dad tells Jhud what she'd done and asked about.
Johnathon Parx looks to leigh and nudges her, "You explain it to her since you were so adamant about wanting the kitty. I mean who'm I to stop ya? You were worried about wandering hands and all." Yes. Parx was a cruel sick twisted bastard of a man.
Little Ming still didn't trust himself alone with Leigh anyway, even with his balls busted. It was probably for the best that a distraction came up for her, and he wandered off without another word. Not making a promise one way or the other, he knew the life he lead meant danger at every turn.
Kayleigh Jigsaw pinches at her father's side. She made a note to kick Click in the nuts for failure to make a promise as soon as the ice had helped him just a little. She'd do it too. "Ummm Jhud, you're like super cute and stuff an you said somethin bout wanderin hands and I didn't want you to end up gettin in trouble so I asked if I could keep ya an stuff an tried to make sure if yer hands wandered with me they wouldn't get ya in trouble." She nodded. Nope, it didn't make a lick of sense to her either.
Jhudori Jinn looked between Leigh and John. Feeling sooo lost at the moment. She just met Leigh and now wanted to keep the kitty as a pet? Her hand reached up to click off her music player before raising her hands a little. ok now wooooah... was Leigh asking her her to keep her wandering hands busy with Leigh so she didn't get into trouble. Her daddy was right THERE! She licked her lips and started to sputter a little. "abba b-but... but.. yous daddy said... tha... tha... boys... an'... aaah...", she was trying to spittle out without seeming too obvious what she was thinking of.
Johnathon Parx was inwardly dyin of laughter at how this scene must be to someone else. Here parx, notably a guy that loved hybrids. Foudn them fascinating and fun. Treated them like anyone else in life. and here he was talkingto Jhud as if she were a stray kitten being offered a home. His lips twitched as he leaned back. It made sense, sadly. But he was content to watch the scene play out.
Kayleigh Jigsaw just snorts softly and feels sorry for the kitty a little. She'd gotten walked right into a Parx family discussion out of sheer smartassery. "You can jus be my friend?" She offers an easy alernative and tries hard not to just die of giggles. Being a bastard ran in the family and sometimes it randomly bit other people in the ass.
Jhudori Jinn just blinked and shook her head a little in sheer awe. Like a deer caught in the headlights of a speeding car. "But... y-ya jus' said ya wanted ta keeps me... y-ya dun keeps friends. YA.. wait wait.. ya keeps friends, but ya dun keeps their hands... eeh... Yacankeepsyafriendsouttstroublebut..!", she started to ramble like a dirtbike. trying to sort out all the words. Keep her, meaning as a pat, keeping her wandering hands on leigh, staying out of trouble, but then it changed to just being a friend and still touching Leigh?! If the kitty could smoke, it'd be coming out of her ears. "okies okies...", she finally said. "Starts... from da beginnins...", she stepped closer to them.
Johnathon Parx wasn't bailing leigh out of this one. Nope. Like father like daughter. She wanted help, that mouth of her was gonna hafta haul that skinny ass out right along with it. He'd cross his arms and look to Leigh, "Well. DAhlin. How're you gonna explain to her that ya said you wanted to keep her cause she was cute. Made her sound liek ya wanted a pet cause of her wandering hands. Now ya just wanna be friends. "
Kayleigh Jigsaw had a very nice ass a few of the marines had enjoyed a view of. So it obviously wasn't TOO skinny. She looks up at her father. "I think you just did for me. What he said, Jhud." She just grins.
Jhudori Jinn just froze up when Leigh's daddy spoke. Her facefur darkening pink with her hot blush. Ok.. recap... Leigh waned Jhud as a bpet cause she was cute and Leigh was interested in her wandering hands. If her wandering hands did a good enough job Leigh would keep her out of trouble, and Daddy John didn't seem to mind the fluffy little hybrid all touching his daughter, and laigh was nervous and went to just friends.... or atleast thats what the little kitty's brain got out of it all. "aah... o-okies...", she finally said. "I-I dun see why I can't be yous pet...", she said with a small mewl.
Johnathon Parx's inward laugh just kinda tapered off as he listened to the little kitten before looking at leigh. He'd slowly raise an eyebrow. Then glance to Jhudori, smirk, "Welcoem to the family." Oh this was too good. From the sounds of things Poor leigh had absofuckinlutly no clue what she'd just brought down upon herself.
Kayleigh Jigsaw blinks. She hadn't really been interested in the wandering hands given she didn't normally swing towards girls. At least she never had before. She shakes her head. "I was giving my daddy hell, Jhud. I really just wanna be friends." She nods a bit giving Jhud a small smile. Her face was likely bright red. She turns and scowls at her father. He didn't just. She shakes her head and draws her foot back aiming a kick for his shin as she swings it forwards. She'd learned her lesson about giving her father a hard time, at least for the moment. "Daddy!"
Jhudori Jinn listened to Leigh with a small smile. Apparently leigh didn't know anything about the rules. "Buts yous daddy saids ya wanted a pets... wells... I was a pets for a long whiles... but I's isn't anymores... I's still registered. Ya asked a free pet to be's a pet so here I is, Mistress.", she smiled sweetly. Now was Jhud really fucking with them or dead serious? "Ya asked a former pet ta be ones an' I's agreed. I welcomed to da family!"
