Boreal chickadees are a very hard to bird to find in June, let alone get a decent picture of. My guide lead me to a rural road near Minerva, NY to look for these, and doing so involved walking up and down the road without even ruffling my jacket, and then stopping whenever she perceived some tiny chipping noise.
After a couple of hours of searching, we headed back to the car without having seen any boreal chickadees. Luckily, we heard one immediately at the next stop, and followed it as it crossed the road, eventually catching it sitting out in the open as pictured here.
Turnagain Arm Alaska “Bore Tide”. When the incoming tide finally overcomes the outgoing tide it comes rushing in with a curling wave sometimes 6 feet high moving 20 MPH traveling 25 miles or more, surfers ride the wave too. This video is of the tide but very small maybe 3 feet high. The size of the wave is controlled by the moon and tidal difference some days that difference is 32 feet.

She was completed 1960 in Oskarshamn, Sweden. Her orderer was the Rettig's Bore Company. She was the first ship being capable to carry vehicles, about 50 cars, on her route Turku - Stockholm. Originally she was s/s Bore, but later her 4000 HP steam engines were changed to diesel engines.
Her length is 99,8 m, breadth 15,3 m and depth 5,3 m.
She was sold in 1977 to the Jakob Lines, was renamed Borea and her route was Pietarsaari - Skellefteå at Gulf of Bothnia.
Since 1984 she had several owners and duties until she was 1987 sold to the Rannikkolinjat Company - since 1990 Kristina Cruises - painted blue & white and as the flagship of the company made several cruisings at the Baltic Sea, Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean and so on. She was retired in 2010. Her fate was unclear, but now she seems to become a restaurant and hotel by Aurajoki River in her original livery.
No matter what new technology is discovered and invented, kids seem to always be getting bored. Things that were once interesting are no longer and simply go to waste...

This young lady has been on leave from work for about 3 weeks now for a small operation she had but don't worry it wasn't anything serious. It only took about 10 minutes in surgery and then another 10 minutes to heal yet she has still been signed off work for what seems like an eternity. So long in fact that she has now become quite bored and as a side effect become quite affectionate to any and all of those around her as she hungers for companionship. Her parents live up north, she doesn't have a boyfriend, the cat's already fed up of all the attention and to top it off all of her friends are on holiday in Croatia. Needless to say she's completed the internet and is now itching for something or someone new to do...

One of my favorite shows at Disney is the Beauty And The Beast stage production at Hollywood Studios. It's such a blast! Last time I saw it, I caught this fellow in the first number, looking bored as he watched Belle and the townspeople dancing.
