In 2019, specialist divers and archaeologists from Wessex Archaeology completed an operation to retrieve the wreckage of a 1943 Fairey Barracuda Torpedo Bomber (believed to be No. BV739). The three-seater plane, part of the 810 squadron Royal Navy Air Station based at Lee-On-Solent, is believed to have got into difficulty shortly after taking off for its test flight before crashing 500m from the coast in Portsmouth.

Not related to the boost gauge install, but good to know. The 'early' models had a "B" fuel pump, but it's been superseded to this part number.

The 10mm bolts that hold the battery tray in place.

There are 4 of these. Most of the time they stay stuck on the mounts instead of the engine cover. If you re-install them on the engine cover and then lube them -- the cover goes on and off a LOT easier.

Also known as a popsicle stick that was sanded down on the edge.
