Today is a green day at Color my World Daily and we all need vitamins. So why not an orange, egg and lemon mix to boost our vitamins intake. And since I have a very busy day ahead (with some major laundry folding, vacuuming and a 10km run) I will need the extra energy and motivation for sure!!

I have no idea what this plant is but tucked into the bushes, the reddish leaves caught my attention. In this HSS edit, I've emphasized the shadowy branches I was shooting through and boosted a few sliders in LR to deepen the colors! Hope everyone has a Happy Sliders Sunday!

What's the deal with that pink fringe around the power plant? I have no idea. Share your theories below. I boosted saturation in post, (not a lot, but some), and did contrast masking in Photoshop.

This is Market Street in the centre of the small market town of Carnforth in the north of Lancashire. The A6 - the old London to Scotland road - runs through the town centre. This part of Lancashire has a ready supply of limestone, which is an important component in iron making. The rail link from Carnforth to the Furness area (where Iron Ore was mined) helped to boost the industry, and Carnforth became an important railway junction. Sadly, the West Coast mainline trains no longer stop here.
Looking good on both ends back on May 4, 1980 as the daily eastbound Toledo Peroria & Western freight headed by their lone GP30 gets an old fashioned boost out of Peoria by Nickle Plate 765 which had arrived the day before and would pull excursions the following weekend.

It's the last day of summer! I wanted a summer version of the Autumn Mill photo, but you can see that the leaves are already changing in the background.
About the process:
The original was a little washed out, so I added contrast by overlaying a high-contrast layer, and I boosted the saturation a bit.
Taken on the night before Christmas with both the light side and dark-side a stack of 100 images. The saturation is boosted because its Christmas so why not.

The vitamin boost doesn't just apply to grapes and tomatoes. Photography often gives me a positive boost (and sometimes a bit frustation when things don't work out well). So now I'm curious what gives you positve energy?

I was waiting so long to finally get Skyhopper. Can't deny it - main reason was of course new Tusken minifig which is absolutely STUNNING…
Taking this pic was pretty fun. I'm really focused on recreating scenes as good as possible so that one was quite challanging. For the first time I added vignette and for addition - colour correction for Tatooine actually changes in every scene. I decided to add a bit magenta to this picture with slighly boosting green in highlight parts like sky.

At first my idea was taking a photo of Noraa herself, but Blue decided to participate today and I think it turned out better than what I was expecting. Things are always better with cats.
