I've spent half a lifetime working out, building my body, trying to get past my fears and inhibitions, trying to achieve something ideal, something only in my mind but no one else's.

 

Today I had an amazing workout with someone at the gym. I was pumped, I was feeling good. I came home and took a lot of photos to see if I had made any progress.

 

This one photo struck me. Have I achieved what I had always desired? Have I gone far enough? Have I gone too far?

 

The answer to that I may never know myself. I'll continue down this path because it makes me feel alive and it's part of me. Who knows what I'll become.

I'm really having trouble getting the focus just right with this wide aperture.

THE BIGGEST MOST MASSIVE BODYBUILDER EVER TO WALK THE EARTH IS A VEGETARIAN.

 

At 7 feet 3 inches tall, he dwarfs Ronnie Coleman who would come up only to about the vegetarian bodybuilder's arm-pit.

 

His name is Dalip Singh and he is the star of many movies, including Get Smart, and The Longest Yard starring Adam Sandler. He's been a Powerlifter and a champion in the WWE.

 

He owns a National Bodybuilding Title.

 

He is so massively muscled, he would out weigh Arnold Schwarzenegger by TWO Arnolds put together, and tower over him like a man towers over a child.

 

He is friends with Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates who looks small next to him. And he is married and has a beautiful wife and family. He is also a Police Officer.

 

He is the most massively muscled bodybuilder on the planet, and all of his muscle was derived all on a plant-based diet!

 

Steak and Meat contains feminine estrogen so men who eat steak slowly become more feminine. This is why one kind of steak is called Tenderloin. Because eating steak gives you a 'tender' loin. Plants do not contain mammalian estrogen, this is why virtually all the top proteins in the world, including in bodybuilding nutrition places are all vegetarian. Witness for yourself, there's no chicken powder, no fish flavored protein bars, there's no jugs of dried blood in GNC stores, there's no packets of pork shakes. Ever notice that? Why? Because meat is a horrible source of protein. All the smarter Bodybuilders know that. It's only the under-educated and those not up on diet and science that still believe the old 'wives' tale that you need meat to obtain protein. Think about it. To any person who thinks there's No protein in plants and meat equals protein or "is" a protein...where'd the cow obtain all that protein from then? Hmm? Cows don't eat meat, so how'd that cow grow so massively muscled? Hm? Yes, that's right. Plants contain MORE protein than meat. And every single bit of that protein that people believe is in that steak came from PLANTS! The only difference is, steak eaters are eating vegetarian's 'sloppy seconds'. Meat eaters are eating stuff that's been put into an animal's mouth first, and all chewed and comes out the other end. Vegetarians are getting food and all their protein fresher. From the original fresh green source. That's all.

 

Plus, meat's linked to rectal cancer. Meat eaters have higher rates of obtaining tumors around their nether-regions. Men who eat meat eventually get growths in and around their seat. Don't think so? Just put "Meat Cancer" into any search engine, like Google, and see what comes up. Vegetarians are more muscular, and do not have these problems.

 

Also, the Paleo Diet's been linked to Celiac disease. Huge numbers of Paleos may have celiac. Celiac disease has been linked to mental problems such as Schizophrenia. In other words, if you have a friend who's bragging about being Crossfit, or Paleo, and brags about how they have so many problems from eating wheat or gluten, that's a warning sign that Paleo or anti-grain lowcarb dieter may have Celiac disease. Scientific studies show that Paleos may have Celiac, and Celiac is linked to Schizophrenia. Celiacs are 3x as likely to be Schizophrenics. Thus, it's now been found, that huge numbers of Paleolithic Caveman dieters who are going around raving and making up pseudo-scientific looking articles and blogs and so forth, may simply have a mental issue, and may simply be mentally unstable. Many Paleos who have been found raving have turned out to be Schizoid. Didn't know this? Well, just put "Celiac Schizophrenic" into google and you'll see it for yourself. The Paleo Diet itself has been scientifically debunked (by actual paleontologists and scientists including archeologists at the National Academy of Sciences). It turns out that the guy who authored the paleo diet books wasn't qualified as a Paleontologist whatsoever, he has a degree in Gym class. (Phys Ed teacher). He's never been once on an archeological dig, and made the whole thing up. It's now been proven Cavemen ate grains. (Just put "stone age man ate grain" into google if you heard from Paleo frauds that 'man didn't eat grain' and you'll find out the truth yourself that's a paleo fad diet lie). Turns out man's ancestors all the way back through time, prior to Homohabilis, including Australopithecus africanus, Ardipithecus, Paranthropus, all of these ancestors of humans turned out to be vegetarian. Paleos were just hiding it. They only went so far back, then hid the fact that BEFORE that, man's ancestors originated as vegetarian and it was only after man started artificailly cooking it later that man could even begin to eat significant amounts of meat because if you eat meat raw or from a scavenged carcass, it's putrefied and decayed, stinks, and is one of the most horrible rotted flesh smells worse than a corpse, avoided by humans, not smelling amazingly tasty, and its infected with bacteria and viruses like swine flu, bird flu viruses, sars, herpes, and meat was the source of hiv aids. So before vegetarians invented fire, humans could never eat meat. Eating meat would have lead to the sickness, death, and extinction of the human race from parasitic worms, infected bacteria, and viral plagues of zoonotic diseases that all come from Meat. Not plants. This is why meat-diets are now regarded as Un-natural, and why red meat is linked to bladder cancer, rectal cancer, stomach cancer, prostate cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, and all kinds of nasty infectious diseases. (Go put "Butcher's Warts" into GOOGLE right now and look it up if you don't believe it). Ladies, if you have a man who eats meat, you'd better look up "Butchers warts" right now. Vegetarian men are more muscular, have more stamina, smell better, do not have this problem.

Study now shows that Lowcarb High Meat diets are linked to Dementia. Eating an Atkins style diet of meat, bacon, steak, etc can result in becoming demented.

 

Steak and barbequed meats have now been traced to throat cancer, and cancer of the human butt. (Put "Meat Colorectal Caner" into google and look if you don't believe it).

 

Ladies... An experiment was done about Body Odor, it turned out if your husband, or boyfriend, or your date is a big meat-eater, he'll tend to have horrible wretched body odor. Women rated vegetarian men "more attractive" and had less putrid B.O. The reason is meat is acidic and contains Sulphurus compounds (think of Egg burps). In fact, if you thought the old myth about legumes (beans) leading to gas, that was found false too! It turns out that's mainly meat-eaters as well!

 

What happens is, that you have different bacteria living in your gut. Meat eaters grow an offensive type of bacteria in their stomachs and intestines called Bacterioides. When you become a vegetarian, these offensive gut bacteria change and go away. Since decayed meat is not there to grow it. So after becoming a vegetarian your BO and smell changes for the better. And also, vegetarians now increase the proper enzymes and (good) bacteria that can properly digest all the baked beans you eat without the same level of smell or much more gas at all! In other words, vegetarians and vegans who eat beans don't have any problem. It's meat eaters who generate horrendous fart gasses that contain the horrible rotten egg sulphurus smells that make you cringe. Meat eaters blame the vegetables or vegans or the beans, but it's really them.

 

You see, meat and steak comes from cows that have diseases. So livestock farmers also shoot these cattle up with Antibiotics. In fact, the meat industry is consuming a whopping 70%+ of the world's pharmaceuticalgrade antibiotics! These are taken away from the resources that could be used to save and help human beings.

 

In other words, instead of medicines going to help children, or poor people, or humans, livestock farmers are using up 70% of the world's supply of medicines and antibiotics that are going to inoculate cattle! Why? Because animals get sick! The cows that you're eating are susceptible to being infected with disease. If you get organic meat, it can have diseases. Things like brucellosis, and scabies! This is what the livestock farmers don't tell you. Your steak may have had scabies.

 

But when meat farmers doctor up your steak with antibiotics, that means YOU are now ingesting residues of tetracyclines, and other drugs left in the meat. And guess what. That KILLS your gut bacteria. It doesn't just kill the bad bacteria, it doesn't know the difference. It kills the good bacteria too. The kind you need for digestion.

 

Have you heard the word Pro Biotics? Know what that is? Good for you, right? Well that's the OPPOSITE of an ANTI-BIOTIC. ProBiotics help bacteria. Antibiotics KILL bacteria. That's what an anti-biotic does. So you're out there buying foods that have Pro Biotics, then you come home and eat a piece of steak which has residues of pet-grade ANTI Biotics in it which just killed all your beneficial bacteria that you were trying to get. See the problem?

 

Well, those anti-biotics in steak and meat also kill the bacteria and destroy the enzymes you need to digest food. So a meat-eater is deficient, and lacking in the proper enzymes and good bacteria. A meat-eater's gut is now destroyed, and then the meat sits there and putrifies inside a man's (or womans) insides. And then you smell him in the bathroom. It's horrible.

 

Vegetarians do not have this problem. Vegetarians have healthy pro biotic bacteria, that are not killed off, and enzymes that are intact. And can digest plants, legumes, tubers, beans and vegetables with no problem. Also vegetarians get more FIBER which meat is deficient in. So men who eat meat are better-smelling, and don't stink up the rest room, have less problems with stuck constipation like beef eaters, and get less growths around a man's underside like a barbeque-eating man will have.

 

Didn't know this? Well, just type "Vegetarian vs Meat Eater Body Odor Attractiveness" into google and you'll find out.

 

Meat Eaters also have horrible bad breath. Lowcarb Atkins high protein dieters have it even worse. Lowcarb diets result in a condition called Ketosis, which is a lack of and deficiency in carbs which produces what are known as Ketone bodies in the mouths of Lowcarb Diet people. This is why their breath smells so bad. It's like sour and rotted. Like something died in there when you wake up in bed and get a whiff. This is why women doing crossfit have such horrible brath and body odor. Crossfitters have horrible bad breath and B.O. because they often got duped by the now known debunked Paleo fad Diet, which has lots of bad meat and is deficient in fiber and carbs. So they exercise and their body gasses and milky sweat contains offensive ketone smells.

 

This is why crossfitters smell so bad and why they can't seem to shower it off. It lingers like a gas cloud being secreted by their body all workday long. Not just during a workout. It's coming from their bodily tissues because of what they ate.

 

Please make a note of it. Tell others. Girls and Women... now you know never to fall for getting duped into crossfit. And if you have a girlfriend doing it, or worse, your man...tell them to get out of it as soon as possible, or your bathrooms, car, house, and bed are going to smell horrible.

Plant diets are also higher in Iron than meat, and meat is contaminated with the type of iron called "heme" iron which is known to be weaker and cause heart problems in anyone who eats meat. Iron in plants is also more absorbable because plants contain ascorbic acid vitamin C which supercharges the better quality plant-based iron.

 

Albert Beckles is still today considered to have some of the most amazing musculature in the world, especially his rippling arms, and is famous for what he acheived in his biceps. All acheived eating NO RED MEAT.

  

Vegetarian UFC MMA Fighter beat 16 other meat eaters and WON the entire Ultimate Fighting TUF Championship.

 

Vegetarian Mac Danzig was the most muscular contender and beat all the other meat eaters.

 

For anyone who mistakenly touts that plants dont contain protein, ALL of the protein found in meat comes from plants. How does that bull grow to be 2-thousand pounds of pure muscle? From the proten obtained by eating plants.

 

ALSO Steak is sopping with female hormones such as Estradiol that effeminizes a man who eats pieces of steak. Any man who eats meat, beef or steak is slowly effeminizing themself.

 

Look up "meat estradiol cattle" and you will find out.
