Blocks 2-8 Done - huge chunk from where it was left off years ago. This is only 2/5 done at this point, but as these sections went pretty quickly, if it comes out again, it could see another large chunk done again.

My husband is an ex lighthouse keeper and this is based on one of his photos ... and yes, the base, which the architect designed to mimic the Martello towers found in the area, is meant to be slightly 'squif'! :-)

I've got 3 embroidery projects in the queue. This one is actually #3 in terms of the time limit, but it's the one that's most interesting to me right now- a blackwork collar and cuffs for an infant. Most patterns out there are an inch or more wide, which is too wide for a baby, so I'm having fun modifying existing patterns to make them narrower.
