With Dansville Hill in the background, R&S train BL-1 is pulling down the North leg of the wye with 16 cars in Dansville, NY on May 27, 2021. The old sanitorium is visible above 2030, and the old DL&W ROW is where the cell towers are on the side of the hill.
RSR 879 leads BL-1 South at dusk in Leicester, NY on December 8, 2020. The CN unit is heading to AMP in Dansville. The rear two units were picked up at the shops in Retsof, where the BL-1 held for a meet with the Northbound GW-1.

Der Eibach hat durch die Erosion seit den Eiszeiten ein tiefes Tal geschaffen. Beim Felsband aus hartem Kalkstein (Hauptrogenstein) wurde diese «Rückwärtserosion» gestoppt.
