The Birch Tree, with its trunk covered in thin, smooth white bark, stands out among the bare trees in the Spring forest.
Happy Earth Day!!
Can't help taking photos of my valley of birch trees. I'm alone, the sun is setting and the air is clear... Hope I can represent a bit of that atmosphere...

Sometimes it's just worth stopping at a parking place in the forest and looking around - you can spot nice birch trees in nice backlight.
