Went for a ride from Eltham N. to Diamond Creek via the bike path. One problem, the bridge at Eltham N. park was down. The detour up Wattle Tree road was an unexpected hill climb. Rode into DC, went and re-photographed my old PS. Last did this in 2008 and boy had it changed. A lot more buildings but less open space.

We stayed in the Panda Hotel in Hong Kong

I was at the new LaSalle Closed-Loop Bike Track today. The course has trails for all levels. It's a perfect place for all ages and ideal for everything from family outings to athletic training. It runs alongside Canal de l'Aqueduc and is open to everyone.

Leads to the Woodford Creek and Bulls Creek Dam.

Evidence of bikes and one of the many dogs that visit the park. Also demonstrative of a unpaved, gravel and dirt path.

These brave and strong riders did 180 miles in one day. They don't even look tired!
