1929 Bentley 4.5 Litre Le Mans

Bentley Priory is best known for its pivotal role as Headquarters Fighter Command during the Battle of Britain in 1940. I went there last week with my granddaughters to look round the museum but silly me I picked the day it was closed. Had a wander round the beautiful grounds & an envious look at the million + houses on the estate & then went elsewhere.

20th October 2015 - Another half hour on Pierhead before work and another opportunity not to be missed.

This time a Bentley photoshoot on location for a probable showroom brochure.

The car in question is a magnificent Speed Six Bentley Coupe by Gurney Nutting originally the property of Woolf Barnato.
