If you ever chase sunrise and sunset you know this kind of light is rare and beautiful, it usually last few seconds to a minute. In camera club, the wedding photographer always hate those picture calling them fake, thinking I push the saturation slider too much but in fact this is quiet close to reality, the one that I experience. Dont belive me...come out !
We still have a lot of snow and the landscape looks wintry. In the place where lilies grow, there is half a meter of snow. But the miracle has begun, the great hot ball of the sky, the sun, has begun its marvellous work. The snow gradually melts away, the earth warms up and grass, lilies and violets take over the earth’s surface. Just a month or two. Would you belive?

Until now I just posted one photo per especies, and I have a few more to add. Some of them don't have the quality it should, but as I don't know if we will be back, so it's better not to discard them now and then I'll see if I'll have another opportunity to improve the bad ones.

It's hard to belive Christmas is only one month away. I have started my early "crafting" period with handmade Christmas cards, other crating projects and normal paper crafting that I love to do when is dark outside. A cozy and pleasant reason to stay inside and keep my mind going.

The Maspalomas Beach and Sand Dunes are situated in the south of Gran Canaria and consitute a protected Nature Reserve space since 1987. Although some people belive the sand arrived here from the Sahara Desert, that is not true. The sand was washed from from the bottom of the ocean during the last ice age. The Atlantic Ocean, along with the wind blowing on this coast, is responsible for the formation of the Maspalomas Dunes.
