Behemoths have been in Final Fantasy since the second game, and have demonstrated varying levels of sentience. Most of them are just beasts, but some, like the one from FFXIII, are armored soldiers. This guy looks pretty tough, to be honest.
Behemoth is Canada's tallest and fastest roller coaster: 125 km/h, and a 75 degree drop from 70 m (which you can see on this picture).
