52 in 52 week 11 - A portrait is to be given never taken…give a street portrait of a complete stranger.
We were walking along the promenade and came across this musician, I knew I wanted to take his portrait but didn't want to interrupt his concentration by asking him, so I smiled and did a thumbs up sign while pointing to my camera. He nodded, smile and said "Be happy". I would loved to have asked his name and find out a bit about him so that I could use this portrait as part of my 100 strangers project.
Thankfulness is a far better lamp than bitterness. A thankful life gives light to the eyes; whether the surroundings are dim or vibrant.
What mundane or glorious things do you have to be thankful for today?
