“Ottimo aperitivo all'imbocco della darsena”

Some friends just fit the mould. Buddies!! Beer, laughs, photos and just all the good, the bad and ugly. And who says you can't gab it up on a random great sim.

You got them friends
That you'll have to the very end
They tell it like it is
Even if you don't like it
No matter what kind of bind you're in
Call them up and they'll all come running
Ain't no doubt
You can count on them
They're your Friday night brothers
From another mother
Buzzing on a week gone by
Drinking about girls
Drinking about life
Drinking cause it tastes so right
They can get you in
Or get you out of trouble
But you ain't got nothing
If you ain't got a couple of them

Just as the gods lose their grip on time
there's a twilight for people
But I've found the perfect grave;
it has three beer taps
bathed in gold, to deliver*
(I'm not referring to the sexual meaning)
its cool tsunami-like froth
*The original verb has ambiguous meaning in Spanish slang

Stores cannot sell alcoholic beverages between 21:00 and 09:00 in Finland, so the ones that stay open 24/7 lock the beer shelves away for the night.

This is an empty store unit container that was left on the sidewalk in the snow. The Corona box was lying on the ground discarded under it. NYC.

Shortly after draining out from a rock tunnel at Sunday Lake, Planter Creek flows over a small rock ridge to form a small yet sudden drop in a scenic wooded scene. Root Beer Falls is so named because rich brown tannin water creates almost a bubbly froth into the creek’s pool below.

This friendly little robin joined us by the edge of the cliff at Beer in Devon, obviously hoping to find something to eat. He followed us closely, often coming within a couple of feet. Sadly, we didn't have any food with us so we returned the next day, hoping he would feed from our hands. We waited to see if he would come back but unfortunately he had decided to move on.
I like them both

It's not the first time I have photographed this beer and probably not the last.
Compa This light lager is brewed with blue corn grown in New Mexico blue corn that was roasted and milled for us by Albuquerque’s own Southwest Heritage Mill along with Pilsner and Vienna malts, A few Crystal hops in there as well for balance. It is simultaneously malty and easy drinking.
This was so much fun!!
A sunset cruise on Lake Argyle...they pull the boat up in the middle of the lake, throw in a whole lot of floaty noodles and "insist" everybody gets in for a swim - I had to go in fully clothed! Some of noodles have been hollowed out and have bottles of wine and cans of beer stuffed into them!!.
Its the perfect floating bar - happy days.
The water is so deep its quite safe to dive off the top deck.
The only slightly disconcerting aspect is we'd also spent quite a deal of time looking at crocs...but fortunately only the timid freshwawter type :)
Beer, Devon, has a rich history intertwined with both brewing and smuggling. While the village is not known for its brewing history, it gained notoriety for its role as a smuggling base, particularly during the 18th and early 19th centuries. The village's secluded location and access to caves made it an ideal spot for smugglers, most famously led by Jack Rattenbury, who was born in Beer.

From our coastal hike last Sunday and a short stop at the pebble beach in Beer before heading back home. Some dramatic weather that day!
