I had to do this as a diptych because I had the wrong lens on the nearby camera, if I'd gone and swapped out the lens they would have been up and ready for action :-)
Some nights it feels like there are this many Pokeys sleeping with me. Its amazing how such a small dog can hog so much of a bed!

The little monkey snuck into my bed while I was watching tv in the lounge room, because he wasn't feeling well:-) I didn't move him:-)

not my usual death knell shot, but fuck 'em! the gods of the grey, i mean. i've had enough. some rays this past week, my beautiful bedhog basking.
I decided that it is a good thing I have two pillows on my bed so that Blueberry can have her very own pillow at night. It only gets annoying when I am awakened with her snoring in my ear!!!

Napping with my daddy this afternoon on the bed. Lov'n every minute of hogging the entire bed to myself.
That is MY pillow. I came home to this on Friday. I don't know how such a big girl can curl into such a little ball. She tucks her back legs up and under her front ones so they are literally parallel with her face.
When I came in to go to bed, this is what I found. Think they are comfy????
Busy weekend and WAY too hot to be outside much. All Cali wants to do is lay in the shade. So for this weeks 52 weeks, it's the lazy bed hogs - Cali on the left being the biggest of them all.
I know we are a week early for the challenge- unfortunately I will not have time next week to set up anything, so it was this week or skip the challenge... Nadja is a little stinker and will go from bed to bed, she'll head Niko off if he is going toward one. We have gone to placing the childens play room mats (shaped like puzzle pieces) where Niko like to lay down. She does not care for those... compfy beds, sofa's and chairs are her thing.
He made me mad, so now the truth comes out ! His Indian name is He Who Sleeps with BabyDolls ! Brutus asleep on his Grandmother's bed ! Oh yeah, He is a real Baaaaaaad Dog! Lmao, this will teach him to steal my sandwich !

Buckley adored this woolen lap blanket (one of my favourites, too—we have several, because I love plaid come our abundant cool weather, and this is one of the softer ones). The girls were NOT allowed upon it if he wanted to be. He was gentlemanly about this, but...it was his.
This is also one of the blessed times when all three were perfectly happy in each other's company. As you know, Buckley adored Katie, and Buckley was Lu's much-admired (and long-suffering) "big brother", but Katie and Lu still aren't best pals.
So how many nice photos do you have on your phone that never see the light of day? Yes, this is one of those.
