KT,
It was nice seeing you the other night.
I've attached a picture of you, Kellie and I.
It's the only one I have on my computer.
I used to have some from the old imX days - but they must be in storage.
Looking forward to Friday!
Brad

Dear non-exhaustive list of friends of Kellie Mcmullin (pls pass this along
to friends I have missed):
Kellie is turning 30 (shocking!) on Nov 8th, so we are going to have a big
party for her with all her friends at a downtown halifax bar to be
determined on Friday November 5th 2005. More details on this as we get
closer to the date, but wanted to make sure you mark your busy calendars
now!
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A SURPRISE PARTY - But I do have a special request
which IS a surprise... we are putting together a digital photo collection
of kellie photos for the party. so dig out your best (or worst!) photos
(hopefully with you in them too), and if they aren't digital yet pls get
them scanned and send them to: recent22hear@photos.flickr.com
use the subject line of the email to give your photo a title, and the body
of the email to give it a description, if you want.
If you have trouble sending the photos to this site, send them to me at my
yahoo email address: big_mama_kt@yahoo.ca
or as a last resort you could send them to me at korr@dal.ca (but they may
get lost or sent to my boss by mistake...)
People probably have other ideas for the party, so give me a call or write
an email-
ciao,
kt

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-doubt and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.
CA Preeti Aggarwal has designed these 4 positive affirmations for students who are preparing for professional exams with the hope of helping those students convert their dream into a reality
The Southwest Region Conference (SWRGC) Cycling team is made up of amauter and professional athletes who have chosen the discipline of road cycling to reach a goal of helping the youth and adults understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle and bring awareness to the growing obesity problem. This team decided that the best way to bring awareness to the obesity problem in the United States and in particularly the Southwestern part of the country, would be to create cycling tours that being awareness and raise funds for young people.
We are partnering with Education and Health organizations to create an awareness with youth and adult obesity and how fitness and education can help achieve healthier generations.
Any success starts with the belief of success. You must believe that the future can be better than the present. And You must believe that you have the power to make it so. Without this belief. You will be forever lost in your efforts. Once you have this belief. Then there are no limits. There is Just potential. Everything will become a possibility. Every obstacle will become an opportunity. Every situation will bring something great. Because When you believe in yourself totally. Great things happen. When we forget the fears of failing. And ignore the thoughts of others. When we truly focus on our goals. We create magic. We become unstoppable in our pursuits. We succeed. This all starts with one thing. Belief. Find a way to believe in yourself. And go for it. Create your future. #fitfam #fitnesslifestyle #fitmom #followme #believeinyourself #pushyourself #trustyourself #youareunstoppable #goforit #instaquote #quotes #inspirationalquotes #quotagram #followforinspiration #lifeinspiration #fitinspiration #motivation #success #successquotes #risetogether #quoteoftheday #wordstoliveby #dreambig #bedetermined #nevergiveup - nicholek09
